The initial package arrived earlier than expected. Instructions were easy and assembly could have been very quick and simple. One big snag! When trying to put the wheel axle thru the wheel supports, they did not lined-up. Contacted the Manufacturer. They responded the next day noted that they are sorry and will be sending out a replacement.The replacement arrived four days later. Everything was perfect! Its a very sturdy product and we enjoyed it more than the standard hose reel that is wall mounted, which is what we had before this product. The only thing is that the package did not come with a washer for the connection to the hose bibb. I had the extra washer from the previous delivery to use. Highly recommend.

Cart is easy to be put together and I experienced no leaks. Cart is solid, easy to roll the hose in and out and it’s big enough to store my two ~ 100’ hoses. The big tires make the cart easy to move even on an incline.

I like the garden house real very much and it is very sturdy. The only problem I had it arrived with a flat tire one out of four so I had to get a replacement tube which is cost me an extra $28.

Came as expected. Box was severely damaged. Took pictures just in case there was a product issue. Took about 30 minutes for my 70 yo arthritic sister to assemble. The reel its self is heavy-duty with full paint coverage as appropriate. The valves for connecting water to the hose reel as well as connecting the water access hose to my garden hose were not heavy duty.Have not used the reel yet. Will update after usage.

Product arrived in a mangled box, but everything appeared to be there. Asembly was easy, but the 4th tire was completely flat. Attempted to put air in it, but it would not hold. When I removed the tube I see a 3 inch gash on the side, just below the valvestem.. Likely either crushed in shipping or just a piece of crap

The first one arrived in a timely manner but was all bent out of shape, the second arrived with two flat wheels and one metal part broken, have been waiting since June for the arrival of the 3rd, starting to wonder if it will ever be sent. Meanwhile I am out the money and Amazon says this is an independent seller so I am stuck. Avoid this product!!!

ease of use! Smooth reeling 75FT> of hose!

The cart works just fine, it's the tires that come with it are terrible. The cart arrived with 2 tires that didn't inflate. Seller provided a credit and Amazon send 2 replacement tires, however the replacement tires don't have the same axel width and the tires move freely back and forth on the axel. Not a true replacement tire. I'm trying to just live with it, but now a 3rd tire doesn't inflate. If you want this cart, just be prepared to mess around with the stupid tires. It's sad, that they can't ship the cart with 4 working tires.
