I ordered this chain when the necklace my boyfriend had bought me for Christmas 2016 had finally snapped. I've waited about a month to write this review just to make sure I actually liked it. The packaging was easy to open, but the chain did come with a small knot (which wasn't a big deal, very easy fix). I've worn this necklace since the day I got it in mid December (yes, even in the shower) and I haven't had an issue since. The clasp rarely ever leaves the back of my neck which is a huge plus for me. I wear it when bathing and the chain is still perfect, no rust or gross residue on my neck. And it's also survived my constant tossing and turning during the night, which is honestly impressive. Overall I definitely recommend this chain to anyone.

I am a jewelry snob and I love this necklace! I broke my last chain that I had for years and was very cranky that I had to order a replacement. I'm very glad I found this one. The box that it arrives in is cute and the necklace itself is so freaking beautiful. The clapse at the end is easy to use too. Unfortunately, the 16 inch size is too tight for me, so I'm returning it and getting the 19 inch size. Hopefully that will make me feel a bit less suffocated. The 16 inch was looser than a choker, but was an inch shy of hitting the collarbone.It's shiny, beautiful, looks extremely top-notch. It's not super flashy tho. Not understated either. A perfect, solid medium.

I needed a couple of sterling silver chains to replace some older necklaces that had broken and I had kept the pendants. These were exactly what I was looking for! High quality, cable chain, and the perfect thickness! Delicate but not too thin that they look like they will break at any moment. The arrived in cute little boxes too. Mine were a bit tangled on arrival, but it was very easy to de-tangle them and they weren't damaged at all by it. I ordered 2 lengths, one 17" the other 24" and they both are great. The only small criticism that I could make is that this type of clasp is a tiny bit difficult to work with, I find I prefer the lobster-claw clasp because I think they are easier to manage.

Initially ordered a 2mm chain that was just a bit too thick for a pendant I had. Immediately returned and reordered the 1mm because the quality is so amazing! Such beautiful shine and sparkle - so much better than the original chain that came with my pendant from the expensive jewelry store! Came in a sturdy jewelry box - I would absolutely order again.

I recently bought a pendant, and needed a chain to wear it on. I tried looking at department stores, but they all wanted $30+ for a chain, and most only had 18" or 22", and I was looking for something in between those sizes. I ordered this chain a little hesitantly since the price seemed too good to be true, but it was a great decision! It arrived very nicely packaged (ready for gift-giving if that's what you're looking for), and it is the perfect length for my new pendant! I've worn it a few times, and it looks great. My only complaint is that the clasp is extremely small, so i need help putting it on.

I ordered the 16-inch, sterling silver necklace for my lapis lazuli tear-drop pendant. It nicely hangs above my Honolulu 20-inch, sterling silver Italian necklace adorned with my Thoth charm and 1882 Victorian Pence. I have worn it to the beach and run with it with no issues, worn it in bed and even went into the shower with it and it holds up fairly well and doesn't tangle.I will be sure to update its durability a year from now, but my other chain from Honolulu is a testament for the reliability of their products, with no tarnishing and no breakage thus far.

A lot of people here are describing this necklace as “dainty.” They are wrong. This is not a dainty necklace. It’s not bulky, but I was really expecting a thinner, more delicate piece similar to my Zales chain, which is considerably more dainty and delicate. In the second photo, my white gold Zales chain is on top and the sterling silver chain is below with the pendant attached. The sterling silver chain feels solid and is shiny, but I will not wear it for long. I miss the actual daintiness and lighter color of my Zales chain.*UPDATE* I had written a different review when I had immediately opened the box and compared this Honolulu chain to my Zales chain. Yes, they are different, but after wearing the Honolulu chain for a whole week, I must say, I absolutely love it. I like it more every day. Every single time I pass by a mirror, I am amazed at how shiny and beautiful the chain is. It truly stands out and looks expensive. I originally gave this item 4 stars, but I cannot deny its beauty. It is worth every penny. 5 stars! I only wish I would have purchased a slightly longer chain. I'd like it to hang lower. I will be purchasing the next size up soon!
