Great Balls!
If you have tight muscles, these associated balls will help, just roll on the muscle and you will feel the difference. They come in a protective bag and ideal for storage or putting in your sports bag. I would recommend this product. Many thanks.

Works like magic!
I had foot pain for almost a month. Tried these and try resulted in instant pain relief! Very easy to use and also great value for money as you have 3 types of textures. Small and light so easy to bring on travels.

Good product...
Just one gripe... textured balls are not weighted like the smooth one. However they do the job and helped ease my back.

Average
As a pack they are okay but one of the balls is far too hard to be usable the other two are effective and are robust and have lasted well.

Surprised by how good these were
I was being cheap and saw three balls priced the roughly the same as just one elsewhere. At £8.49, I expected pretty basic stuff. And it is - but in a good way! The balls are legitimate sizes and not miniscule. There was a nice little exercise manual that came with it and now lives in a cupboard somewhere never to be used again. The rubber ball (round one) is solid rubber and could take a fair beating. It's very suitable for the standard lacrosse ball massages and has that regular hard rubber 'give', i.e. not much. My one has lost a bit of colour, oddly, but this may be on me. Nothing besides cosmetic damage. The spiky plastic ball is a new favourite. It's great for using on soles of feet. it is hard plastic and has no 'give'. The lumpy ball hasn't seen much use from me yet, but it has potential. It's got more 'give' than the other two because it seems to be hollow - more like a tennis ball in terms of 'give'. Anyway, I'd recommend this set.

Decent
I like using the sponge ball more than the others on my neck as I get a lot of stiffness, especially on the right side. I've found if I place it behind my head or neck and lean back on something firm and kind of 'roll it around' a bit, it definitely helps!
