Have been taking these for a few months, now. I have been struggling with feminine dryness issues on and off for a few years. I rush ordered this one night when I was curled in bed, crying in pain for the third day straight, unsure what else to do. They were on my doorstep when I woke up. Took two pills immediately and I kid you not, my pain lessened within an hour. Miracle product. Does it make me a waterslide, no, but I haven't been in pain since. Very happy with that. Stay hydrated and add some vitamin E suppositories to this as needed and you should be feeling much better, too. I also appreciate that this brand of Sea Buckthorn does not contain carrageenan like most others.My only complaint is the bottle cap is very difficult to open. I suggest utilizing a pill organizer to have to open it less frequently. I haven't noticed too much of a difference in eyes/skin/hair/nails.

Easy to swallow and didn't have a harsh smell. Seems to be of great quality product.

I started taking these about 3 months ago and after 2-3 days I noticed that my skin was a lot more moist. Mind you, my skin is very sensitive and I typically wear no moisturizers most of the time. After maybe a month and a half or so, I noticed that after intense workouts my heart wasn't feeling like it was at max. I am now able to workout and instead of my heart beating so hard or feeling like it usually does, I now stop only because my body aches not because of my heart. Before sometimes it would feel like my heart would almost skip a beat or like a roller coaster now and then. I don't ever want to stop taking this sea berry. I tried another brand and nothing compares remotely to this. I also tried another complete omega and again this gets 5 thumbs up and then some. This is by far now my favorite supplement, I don't know exactly everything it's doing for me but the heart stuff was enough for me to want to keep it as a staple supplement. Let's not also forget about the additional added benefits of my skin being a lot more moisturized! Pills are soft and vert easy to swallow and also have a long shelf life. WOW! I can't believe I didn't find this sooner.

I tried one a day for two months and started to realize all the ways I was feeling relief. Every time I googled Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil & {a symptom}, it turned out that it was yet something else that was a “Possible Benefit of Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil.” I have tried other sources of Omega 3-6-9; but not everything works for me. I react badly to fish. I was using another Sea Buckthorn seed oil, topically, for years; and It was the most amazing thing. {Since it is a Natural Mast Cell Stablizer, it meant it was a great help with “the Idiopathic Hives,” for me.} After years of using it topically, I decided to add it to my supplements. It has been amazing! I believe that it has helped with the “hot flashes” and so much more. I can not do meds, I am “complicated”; so I have to try to find natural ways to manage a long list of disabling genetic disorders. This has been one of the supplement that has been the MOST helpful for me, as a daily supplement. Next month I am hoping to try it twice a day. Since I am a Sensitive Flower, I need things that are a bit on the pure side. I was grateful to find this brand. I am a canary and I would have to say that it seems pure. It has not caused me to have any reactions.
