Good for what it is
I received it on time and it was packaged well. The instructions were in English but not grammatically correct at all and pretty confusing, but I had read other reviews and that was helpful. There was an offer to review the product, which is a nice addition. The stepper isn't a very tall step, but it keeps you moving and the resistance is adjustable. The arm bands are nice to have. It isn't super heavy. It did start squeaking after the first day but it comes with oil, I put that on the moving parts and it stopped. I'm unsure about the counter, but again, nice to have.I live in an apartment so I wanted something that was easy to move. It's not an elliptical, but it will get you moving. I recommend under those circumstances.

A decent workout in a compact space.
Since I can't make it to the gym (thanks 2020) I decided I needed to come up with a home workout routine. The problem is that I rent and don't have a ton of space for a home gym. I tried some body-weight only exercises, but wasn't crazy about them. This machine seems to be a good solution. It doesn't take up a lot of room, I can easily hop on for a quick 5-10 minute warm-up, and it gets my heart racing the same as the larger elliptical machines I was using at the gym. Plus, if I keep my gym membership suspended for just 6 months of at-home exercise, this machine has basically payed for itself. If it doesn't last much longer than that, then no harm done!

it does the job, But...
The media could not be loaded. Easy to use but the monitor did not worked and the machine kept throwing a black metallic dust per use and that stained my carpet... So put it on top on a mat so that it does not damage your floor. It has some sound, but bearable. I do not recommend this is you have balance or knee issues because if the "twisting" movement... I feel some pain on my knee when using it, so because of that, the continued black dust and monitor mal function, i have not decided if I will keep it.

Gets squeaky fast.
I bought this about 4 months ago, as a way to get some exercise during wet winter months. It's used a couple times a week for maybe 15-20 minutes each, so by no means an overwhelming amount. But it's already developed a squeak when in use that's kind of maddening. I've flipped it over and tried applying WD40 to everywhere that was a hinge or joint, but it persists--furthermore, I've also noticed black powder sometimes, like something is getting grinded when I use it, which... also is not optimal. The screen/recording of steps is pretty inaccurate as well, sometimes I'll just watch the step count for about a minute, and it will often only record about half the steps I do. Like a 1, 2, 3...... ..... .....4, 5, 6, with just a huge pause in the middle that was like ten steps it just ignored. So don't rely on the counter for an accurate step count.Outside of these, it still works as a stair stepper. It goes the up and down, and it stores easily under my bed. I just wish for the price, it didn't have these weird hangups. As an addendum, I do actually quite like the resistance straps. They really do work your arms!

Love this!
This product was packaged very nicely.. The stepper was already assembled, so I could just take it out of the box and start using it right away! Also included was a bottle of lubricant to keep the product working even longer. The over all use of it is great. I love the texture of the steps. you don't need to wear shoes to use this, the texture actually helps to improve circulation in the lower extremeties and feels really nice :)This is the second stepper i have bought from this company. One for me, then my mother in law tried it and fell in love with it, so i bought her the same one.Very well designed product!

Easy peasey
Just took it out of the box. Only had to put the end caps on and adjust the range of motion for the steps. Ready to use in less than 5 minutes. Fits easily under my desk for storage and is perfectly quiet so far.Resistance bands could be tighter but they do help you keep your balance and provide a little resistance as well.Biggest complaint is the instructions seem to be a direct translation so a little difficult but the point gets across.

Decent for short warm ups
I’ve had this stepper for about three months. I initially had high hopes for it, which rapidly faded. The good: stepper is exactly as pictured, and ships assembled - just need to install rubber feet. It’s low profile and very cute looking. I particularly love the color. It’s easy to find space for it due to its compact size. Resistance is adjustable, and you can get a nice workout on it for 5 to 10 minutes. The bad: the resistance quickly fades after about 5 minutes of use, and using this becomes not much different than jogging in place. Letting it cool down for about 30 min restores the resistance. Another negative - mine is dropping quite a lot of solid black powder (dried oil?) everywhere after use. It has stained a rug, it has stained an exercise mat and items coming into contact with that mat. Just picking it up and moving it results in quite a lot of black powder released from the stepper. At this point I have it directly on laminate and don’t move it, so I can see the powder being released, and I just wipe it up every now and then. Wiping it with a damp cloth is a pain, as it redissolves and gets greasy black liquid everywhere. None of the other reviews mention this, so I don’t know if I have a defective one.At this point I just use it for a 5-10 minute warm up prior to exercising, and it works nicely for that purpose. But I was really hoping to get a stepper that could give a solid workout with some resistance for at least 30 minutes, and this does not fit the bill for that.

Can’t recommend.
When it did arrive (from America) I was very disappointed with it, took it out the box to try it and found there was very limited step movement, it did not look very sturdy, the tension screw did not appear to work and the monitor/counter was hanging loose so repacked it and returned it. I do not believe it was value for money and surprised that Amazon cannot source the product from the UK. So I’m still looking.

Excellent stepper. Very light, very stable and highly adaptable. Highly recommended for home use.
Excellent stepper for home use. Highly recommendedProsWell made a sturdyStable. I do 24kg step ups and my wife does push ups and it doesn't move an inch.Grippy top that add to the feeling of stability when in use.No construction required.Very easily adjustable by removing the supports.Small foot print and idea for a home gymvery light to carry and cane be used indoors or outdoorsCan be extended by purchasing the 2 extra bases (I have these and it is just as stable) and can add another stepper and the long board to increase its functionality.Highly durable.ConsThe smaller stepping area means that it is limited to a small range of exercisesToo light and small to be used for jumping exercises. It is plastic so not good for the environment.

Excellent product.
This is a truely excellent product. It is substantial , robust and stable even on a wooden floor. The adjustment platforms sit firmly together, the surface is certainly none slip and more than adequate surface are. Although smaller than others the platform is a good size and ideal for my usage. A genuinely excellent product. Not a bad price to!
