Poor quality…no return policy nor good faith effort to rectify errors. Bottom line—they gain and the customer loses.

The color was beautiful as in the picture I submitted. My only complaint is that there is a minor indent on one section of the picture. It is not noticeable except when the light hits it at a specific way. Other than that we are very happy with the quality!
