The is the only product that tamed my hunger. I don't get very hungry during the day and some days I am not hungry at all, but I eat a meal. The only thing I noticed is that I didn't lose any weight. That was my main reason for using it. This time I have started back exercising and eating a protein shake for one of my meals. I hope I can lose some weight this time.
