I am normally a medium but ordered this in a small. It could be a little smaller but will fit better with a sweater under it.

The size is roomy enough for me to wear a sweater underneath the raincoat.

I ordered to allow for layering. It is a little big even layered, but not so big I need to send it back. The blue is a very pretty blue. It is exactly what I was looking for.
