I was on the fence about trying a vibration plate. This plate is fairly heavy to move around but the weight offers very good stability for exercising. The plate offers three intensity options based on foot placement…walking, jogging and running. The wider your stance is the more challenging your exercise vibration becomes. The instruction booklet is poorly written and mostly useless. There are multiple exercise modes but the instructions give you no direction. The plate default mode is basic vibration for 15 minutes. So far, I’ve only used basic 15 minute mode but it gives you a good workout. I can tell that my quads and glutes are being worked. I found the key to a good workout is to flex the knees. This stance prevents uncomfortable shaking of the head and neck. Your entire body will be vibrating but the primary impact I’ve seen is waist, hips and thighs!! Too early to comment on significant impacts but I do see that there are muscle tightening benefits to a vibration plate. I positioned my plate in front of a window for the view and the window frame helps me to balance if needed and I can place the operating remote in the window seal while I exercise. This unit does not have a standing grab bar. It does come with clip on elastic bands to exercise the arms if desired. It does come with a remote. Very useful! You need to be standing on the unit before it starts moving.Overall, I would recommend a vibration plate for an easy and environmentally controlled workout. This plate was a good purchase and I would recommend it to improve muscle tone, to improve balance and to improve lymphatic and blood flow.

After one time using this vibration plate - on the lowest level, I could feel it working. Having spent the last couple of years recovering from surgeries and seizures that kept me bed bound, I am LOVING this! For research purposes, I have only been using it one time a day, for 15 minutes, on Level 1. The very first time I used it, I didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t want to “over” do it, so I stood on the “jogging” stance. It’s been about 2 weeks (started 15 Oct) and I’ve lost 1 inch off my waist, a little more than an inch off of around my belly button, and have even noticed my legs becoming more toned. I have more energy, and feel so much better about myself overall.If you are looking for something to help you get started on exercising, or you just want to strengthen your core, or you’re looking to add to your exercise regime, I HIGHLY recommend this vibration plate! It’s a great starting place if you’re just needing to get off the couch but for whatever reason, can’t commit to hitting the gym, (I get it - I’ve had 6 surgeries in the last 8 years, so my core was nonexistent, and I WANTED to make healthier choices and I WANTED to work on my core but I just didn’t have the energy!This vibration plate changed that! It comes with a remote, Bluetooth connection, two ropes, and there are plenty of different settings to choose from! And while it gives results, it’s not hard on your body. I’ve started doing a couple squats while using it, but again, I’m easing my way into this.It’s a sturdy plate, well made, and functionality is top notch. This is a wonderful idea especially for older people who have circulation problems .The quality of this product is Excellent.so Guess one good thing about the situation as you remember every detail yeah yeah yeah that took the anatomy. I love the machine and the quality is great. I was very disappointed that there were no instructions on how to use it.It came with accessories, but no instructions on how to hook them up to the machine.I "learned" to use it by trial and error and still have no idea what all the machine is capable of doing.The advertisement makes many claims, but doesn't tell how to do it. (I can tell that the booklet was not written by an American!)I haven't had the machine long enough to notice any weight loss, but I have noticed an increase in my energy level after using the machine.

Yessss. Call me lazy but call this amazing. First few sessions I itched like crazy. It was so awful I almost sent this back, but I Googled it and it was right the itch will stop after like 3 sessions. Anyway after the itch now day 6 I found a basic exercise video for the vibrating plate and I feel awesome. I'm in my 50's and 30 lbs over weight and not flexible at all. After 6 days I can bring my foot over the top of my knee and tie my shoes with ease. After only 6 days. Say what you may it is a very big deal for me. It helped my stress level which was remarkable. For me this is a game changer. I hate going to the gym thus the over weight. I found my self being overwhelmed by life and people thus the stress and tension that I was experiencing that was getting to be very depressing. I bought this to get rid of the weight and tone my body, but the added benefit of relieving stress put this product over the top for me. I highly recommend this game changer for an all over wellness experience and get the warranty. The machine is very sturdy. Depending how you stand on it, it may get a little loud but nothing to bad especially in the daytime. I live in an apartment so I dont get on it late at night. Other than that I'm still on level 1 and that works for me right now. I just started using the attachments today and I love them. Remote was great when doing the video. I will update my review in a month or so.
