I bought these to make bracelets with my 15 yr old granddaughter. We sat on my bed making friendship bracelets, talking, laughing. They are nicely soft, easy to work with & there is a good variety in colors. My only complaint is I need to get more colors! We had so much fun & it's so easy. I do need to buy a pack of white & black since we used a lot of those 2 colors. This was my 1st time trying these flat beads. They look so small when you see them in the container but they are the right size. It come with some elastic to start. Make sure you buy a roll of elastic to go with your beads. I also bought letter beads.

The media could not be loaded. These make the cutest bracelets. The elastic is very durable and strong. This scissors we discarded immediately as they were ineffective. So many darling colors to create innumerable bracelet Options. My son is a huge fan of black brown white. I like the rainbow colors. Would create many bracelets and as a great bang for your buck.

I , myself, don’t use the clay beads for jewelry. I make a ton of cards and I use them with a tiny dot of super glue and a pair of tweezers to add dimension to the cards I make. The variety is huge ~ different size & shape of clay beads. Even to add to a ready made card different.

It will work for the kids activity I purchased it for, but the beads are definitely not "clay." They're more of a flexible silicone or rubber material. The product photos show a spool of elastic in the kit, and mine came with a couple of pre-cut bundles of the elastic cord which limits the number bracelets that can be made. That said, it was very inexpensive so a decent value overall and will make a lot of fun, colorful kids bracelets.
