Easy to use and clean. Froths milk in a jiffy, doubling volume with a few pumps; and no, a French press foams milk but is not the same. The plunger design is slightly different from others and perhaps this accounts for the extraordinary foam.The borosilicate glass is wafer thin, and broke when empty on the slightest knock. Needs handling with extreme care. But it is easy to pop it in the microwave to reheat if necessary. I wonder if the stainless steel ones can be warmed over a gas or induction stove top.

Froths cold and warm milk nicely. Only a lot of manual effort is needed to create a good froth.Product has a nice package and looks very presentable.

It froths milk pretty good, easy to clean, easy to use. no doubt about that.definitely not worth the price of 1200 as it is very very delicate. It's basically a french press and if you have a french press you don't need this.I returned it because i was constantly under the fear of breaking it.

Great product, much better than the steel ones out there. This one is tall for 2 cups of coffee + the spout makes things mess free. The seller is very supportive and responsive too. Would recommend instacuppa products for all coffee needs.

The product quality is okay or rather good but it is not very much functional. Occasionally the milk would come out of the lid and that is hot milk which can give you a burning sensation. Its design can be improved in a way to stop this occurrence. A handle or something to hold on to pour the milk would have been advantageous as the hot milk makes it a bit challenging to hold and pour. Also the beaker is marked till 400ml but you can not use it properly with that much milk as it starts spilling from sides so imo its actual capacity is only 1-2 cups (200ml or so). Good for single cup of milk.

It works so well. So happy about the froth it makes. Need to be careful while handling the parts.
