The first one I got leaked immediately, and continued to leak after 2-3 attempts at reconnecting it. I returned it and got a replacement that had exactly the same issue. Eventually returned that and got a similar product from KES, which worked perfectly the first time installing it. Don't waste your time with this one, get the KES model.

I replaced my shower head, but because the pipe is almost 7' above the floor of the shower, the new head sprayed in my face when I approached the wall to adjust the valves. This NearMoon swivel fitting solved the problem and was very easy to install.

I almost returned this thinking that I ordered the wrong item because it didn't appear to move. After examining it again and re-installing it, it does indeed swivel. There is quite a bit of resistance so perhaps it's my inexperience speaking, but I think a little WD-40 or something would probably work wonders. Overall I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.
