Solid barbell for the price
Overall this seems to be a pretty solid barbell. I’ve only loaded about as much as 300lbs so far but it can hold that with no problem. Definitely can hold a lot more if needed. I really like the knurling on it as it gives good grip without actually digging into my hands. Looking forward to continuing to use this as my main barbell.

If you want a 45lbs barbbel don’t get this one it is 34lbs
Me and my friend thought that this bar was 45 lbs because it said 45lbs in the title but then I looked in to it more and then I saw that is said that it weighed 34 lbs and I feel like it should change the thing to say 34 instead of lying and saying that the barbell is 45 but its a pretty good barbell good quality and pretty good

400lb squat
It might be rated for a 1000lb curl or 600lb deadlift but it bent at 400lbs for squat

Not Really a Women's Bar
The bar is the same width as a men's bar--not smaller for easy grip in a smaller hand.It weighs ~35 lbs, which is good, but it is exactly the same size as my men's bar. It also has these ridges on the sleeves, where you slide the weights. I'm not sure the intended purpose of the ridges but they make an incredibly awful shriek when I slide weights onto this bar.I wish I had bought something else for my home gym's women's bar.

Terrible packaging
Product looks solid. The shipper needs to improve the way they package it and Fed Ex, the way they handle it.
