Really well made drawers. Side hardware attached to drawers, and that makes it easy to install. Great video to see how to install. Thanks-- a great product.

Rarely do you find a product that really exceeds your expectations. Well built, nicely packaged, quality construction. The video is simple and straightforward. I had a custom situation for my install but their video got me started on the right track. Nice work guys. And veteran owned and built in America! What could be better than that!!!

I brought 4 for these to go inside of my new cabinets and I just love them. They slide very easy they were easy to install. They fit perfectly. My husband didn’t even complain putting all four of them in. He said they were good quality I think so also. Very well-made and slide easy that’s all I want it.

Product was packaged securely and appears sturdy. Well made. Only issue for me was inability to use all 8 screws. Bottom of “L” bracket is too short; the holes for additional 4 screws falls directly under the bracket and could not access. Bracket could be 1/4 inch longer on bottom allowing access with screw driver or screw gun. Not an issue since we are not placing heavy items on shelf, however, I would not feel comfortable in placing heavy items on shelf (70 lbs). Other than that issue I felt comfortable to order a second unit for the other side of the cabinet.

I have purchased 6 of these over a 12 month period for my kitchen from either Amazon or directly from the manufacture’s website (custom sizing). It is almost impossible to have a template based on kiln dry time and variance in humidity in the wood, plus the variance in build process. It is easy to install if you have a small drill and a cabinet that allows you to maneuver. It will take at least four screws and do not over tighten or pinch in or outward on the track holes or it will bind and not open/close as smoothly as it should. Having these in birch wood makes them durable and will stand the test of time. I would not have bought so many of these if they were not up to my perfectionist standards. A small pain to install, but a lifetime of easy access to the pantry items.

One regularly used set of kitchen cabinets had become a catchall of barbeque and outdoor pizza grill tools and gadgets and random large kitchen items. We had to dig deep into the cabinet cave, moving half the items out to get the item sought. I read about these drawers in an article and watched the videos and read the reviews and decided to give them a try. Buying and installing these easily saves you hundreds of dollars vs buying it from a cabinet store and having them professionally installed. Measurements were easy. The slightly harder part was installation, which seemed so easy on the video. Nonetheless with some guesswork and slim wood pieces, we were able to install and corral the kitchen mess. Great product and worth the effort.

To organize all the groceries and be able to see everything. Had just one problem, I ordered 3 & one was broken, the thin part that connects the side to the bottom was broken and wouldn’t stay together. Will have to return & order another. Other than I am very happy with the pull out shelves.

First off, the product is incredibly well-built, and I’m very happy that it is built in the United States.Even with my frustration of the following, I did purchase two additional drawers.I would’ve given five stars across-the-board were not for my frustration with the communication from the company and the near impossible process that they have created for receiving customer service.There is no known contact opportunity through Amazon. Finding them on the Internet is relatively easy. But they do not have a phone number associated with customer service.Had they paid attention to the messages that I had to send through their Long form contact form on their website they would’ve been able to answer my question and possibly improved the issue that I discovered.The video on amazon.com regarding installation shows the actor who is installing the Bottom Mount slide out drawer, which is what I have bought. As he is installing, he is instructing us to use all eight screws that are provided, each bracket that holds down the drawer has two screws.Upon unboxing it’s easy to note that the brackets are riveted to the side of the slide. Each ‘L’ bracket has a 1.5 inch leg. Each leg has two pre-drilled holes for the screws, However, if you are bottom mounting The inner hole on the L bracket of the leg that would be screwed into the bottom of your cabinet actually is overlapped by the drawer slide itself and is unusable.The video on the website, shows the actor installing the bottom drawer using only four screws.My question to the company was the advertisement on Amazon says the drawers can hold 70 pounds. If I put 70 pounds of glass jars on a pull out drawer and that drawer should have eight screws, bearing the 70lb load, then I would like to be able to use the eight screws that they designed the draw to use.To have sent out a product that cannot be installed based upon the posted installation video on Amazon is just very poor practice. It’s sloppy. I was privately trying to converse with them to address this. It’s been three days since I wrote them twice. They are the most expensive drawers on Amazon, others can be had that look almost identical for less money, but I’m not made in the US. So to sum up, nice product, confusing and conflicting instruction videos on Amazon versus the companies website. Poor follow through.
