I am a female, and I take it for hormone/cycle regulation. This dose and brand is extremely effective. I noticed the effects on my third dose and it quickly built up in my system. The pills are rather large, but it's a large dose so it's to be expected. You will smell sweet/mapley and your urine too. I have continued to purchase because it is a quality vitamin from a quality brand

I have been taking it for some time and love it HOWEVER this last pack is not seeing right the consistency smell look and taste it’s even turning green so I’m not sure if I got a bad batch. Has anyone else experienced this?

.. I S&S Fenugreek every other month. Kept in a jar so I can easily tell if I need more sooner. I put a spoonful of powder then filtered water into another jar and shake well before slamming down. If it sits, it thickens, not my jam.Anyway, if you haven't heard, it does make your 'hoo-haa' smell and taste like maple! But it has many other benefits including digestion. Do your own research and thank me later!This time my product came a little darker in color. You can see, the bottom of the jar is the old powder. Maybe it's from sitting in a jar, but I noticed the difference in color as soon as I opened the package. Taste the same ,so..*If you want to prepare for sexy time, prepare an extra amount in your jar. Give yourself a couple spoonfuls and drink 2x a day. Give it a day and a half, and you will be smelling and tasting delicious! I promise :)

I mix this with Amla powder and a few other ingredients for my hair and it makes my hair texture feel so thick and full. Loves this, worth it.

They say fenugreek is suposed to take away bodily odors. I mixed a tablespoon with hot water, honey and lemon, and noticed I had no odor anywhere, not even in urine or feces. It really works.

its very bitter so you dont need a lot i use this in my hair oils & my tea in the mornings i noticed has been helping with my digestion.

Upon arrival it was well packaged and the quality looks alright, a smooth powder. It is a very pale green color. Tastes horrendous (bitter) to say the least I’ve tried to mask it into my smoothies but I really can’t stand the taste. It has a strong smell which I can’t stand - but this isn’t to say it’s bad quality. It’s just not a spice/supplement for me, I don’t like it at all. I’ll wait to see the health benefits it gives.
