Love this!! So much better to cook on then messing up the kitchen. Easy clean up!! Host parties efficiently. Love that it’s a griddle and not cooked on open toxic propane flame…I love cooking in campfire wood flame…but am weary of propane flame cooking. This is best of both worlds.If you’re used to cooking on open propane flame this griddle will take getting used to, but it’s way easier to cook on and better for health!Great price for such a long lasting product!

I got this for my husband for his birthday and it’s basically made our grill obsolete! He loves it! Perfect size for our family of 5 (2 hungry teenage boys included). He can’t wait till it warms up here in MN so he can use it more. So far everything he’s made on it has been awesome- steaks, fajitas, pancakes, burgers, brats, etc. We purchased a blackstone tool set and the seasoning oil stuff and he’s used and loved it all. The portability is great. He did purchase an adapter to use a large propane tank, which is a must. We also purchased a cover specifically for this portable version since we keep it on our deck. Highly recommend!

I ordered one with 4 day delivery and got it in three. Easy assembly, solid unit. I applied three layers of seasoning to grill surface as recommended and it looks great. Caught some fish and will krisin it with a fish dinner. Great quality, great delivery with this vendor. They left updates and communicated with me regarding delivery date and time. Steer clear of vendors with 2-3 week deliveries, they use your money for a month then refund you claiming it was lost. Stick with a vendor like this. I highly recommend them.

Disclaimer: This is our 1st Blackstone Griddle. We've always wanted one but we travel frequently between our home and a Northern cabin, and didn't want to buy 2 separate ones for each house. We also did not want a large 36" 4 burner Blackstone as they aren't very portable, too heavy and difficult for 1 person to load into a vehicle.Found the 1935 Blackstone and bought it for the hubs for Christmas, and it was a great investment. Folding it up is a breeze, and it transports nicely. We have made several Blackstone recipes on it - Chicken Fajitas (wow), Chicken Quesadillas (Wow), Smashburgers (WOW), a shredded hash brown breakfast with onions/peppers/ham/cheese and an egg cracked on tip (Literally life changing), and a few other small things like Slim Jims - thats a grilled ham sandwich on a hoagie bun for you non-midwesterners.So after all the raving I have done, I do have a few points of contention: Trying to move the griddle around can be a PITA as the folding legs try to fold back up if you try to move it any distance (like from the garage to the patio). It takes 2 people to move to lift it a few inches to get up onto a deck for example, or it will try to fold up and collapse. Also my husband has commented a few times that it's hard/takes longer to make certain things because it only has 2 burners and wont get/stay hot enough if you have a lot of food spread across the griddle, like when you'd be cooking for 3-4-5-6 people. Oh, and especially if there is ANY breeze. He's had to block the wind from going up into the backside of the unit a few times.I figured this would be a stepping stone Blackstone for us, and that we'd eventually want to upgrade to a 3 or 4 burner unit, and I think I was spot on with that prediction. However, it is hard to want to upgrade to the bigger, "non-portable" type yet. Even with its minor faults, this griddle still does what a Blackstone should do and does it well enough. The meals we've cooked on it have been EXCELLENT.

My son loves the "On the Go" Blackstone. Uses multiple times a week since he has received. He can't wait to be able to fold it up and take it with him to the hunting shack in a few weeks. Cleans up easily, easy to fold up, wheels in and out easily and is built like the larger version. Food cooks and tastes great, great functionality.

What can I say other than I. Love. It.!! If you know, you know. Blackstone is the pinnacle of griddle cooking. The fact that this one folds up and fits easily into the pickup truck to go anywhere is the icing on the cake! Are you going to feed a whole army of hungry people with this size griddle? No. But it is the perfect size for cooking smaller meals on for a couple or a small family.I did have one minor issue. When I was putting it together, I found a broken weld on the piece that one of the wheels fastens to. I called Blackstone customer service and spoke to Brody. It was so new the warranty wasn't even registered yet. He took the few minutes to register it right then and got the part on it's way to me in about a week. The broken part didn't hinder me from using the griddle so there was absolutely no inconvenience at all. I can't even knock off a star for it because it went so well!
