Light came with everything you needed to install this lamp. I flush mouthed my lightThe instructions mentioned the Black, White, Green cables. These are not that easy to locate when you remove the PIR. There is a spaghetti Nest of wires.Tucked away in there is the black, white, green SINGLE cable with white end caps. (All the cables have white end caps) Remove the white end caps of these SINGLE line and connect your home power cables. Everything will work excellent after the connection . If you have a power switch on the wall don’t forget to flick it to on after you turn the breaker power back on.Cons: This light is NOT dimmable

Nice bright lights, good motion detection. I have two in my garage for coverage in areas that the single center garage bulb does not reach. Makes all the difference in the world.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of the build quality of the end caps. They are a soft plastic that feels like it would easily break. However, once you have this thing mounted to the ceiling, it wan't matter anymore..The two ceiling-mounted incandescents didn't put out enough light, and I was growing tired of finding that somebody had left the light on in the garage again, so I was looking for a good solution to solve both. Boy, do I like this light!. Very bright: Excellent for high ceilings, such as in a garage. One light fills my 2-car garage with more light than the sun pouring through the windows in the door! The sensor responds the moment you step foot into the garage. I set mine to the maximum of 10 minutes for how long to remain on when motion isn't detected. I have yet to have it turn off on me while in the garage, and, if nobody turns the light off...it goes off by itself. Loving it!I wouldn't recommend this light in areas with lower ceilings, or directly over a workbench...unless it's up high. 5000 Lumens is quite bright!

Use on the garage

Made my stairs in the garage safer. We have some odd stairs that are tricky to navigate in the dark. This makes it 100x better, don’t have to grope for the switch or remember to turn them back off.A little on the pricy side given how cheap stuff is now a days, but it solved my problem perfectly.The instructions are a bit head scratchy until I figured them out. They are mainly for hardwiring, but doesn’t spell out the easy way to plug it in - the plug inlet is hidden behind a plastic plug.There is a tiny plastic lever you rotate to set the time off duration and it is way harder to move than necessary. Undermines the overall quality, minor nit - I was just worried I was going to snap it.The motion sensor done came crushed, but doesn’t seem to affect performance.

The light works great and is very bright. My one complaint was the engineers who designed the electrical cord cover on the inside designed it with the worlds smallest screw. It was very difficult to get off and impossible to reattach while the light is upside down in the ceiling. I threw away the screw it came with and found a longer screw that I used to reattach the wire housing.

Initially purchased three units for a garage remodel. Units are pretty well made and the adjust for motion works as described. While a bit pricier compared to big box options these work well. I purchased an additional unit after the first installation for use elsewhere. You wont be disappointed with the product.

This is a very good light to buy if you don't have a ceiling fixtures in your garage. The sensor is on point as it has never failed me. I did however have an issue after accidentally breaking the power connecter. The replacement had a damaged sensor in shipping and the next one didn't work at all. The company replaced that one with little question and all was good again. Highly recommend
