This watch is a birthday gift and I do not want to set it up till my birthday, May 6, 2025. I know it will be great because it is replacing the same model I bought 3 years ago. I love my FITVII Sports Watch. It has all the features that I need and it is so easy to use. I did order the metallic watch band on this one and it looks great. I also ordered a pack of 6 different color bands so that I can change according to my outfit and mood.

4 because I am still learning the watch. My main reason for getting it was so that I could monitor my BP...I am not worried about getting my messages, counting calories, or the female calendar....or most of the other features. I followed the instructions on how to set it up...you HAVE GOT TO FULLY CHARGE it before you do anything! It took maybe an hour to 1 1/2 hours if that, it charges FAST. So far, the readings are close enough to accurate for its purpose. A neat feature is that since you connect with Bluetooth to your phone, I can bring up the app and check my heart rate, O2, and BP straight from my phone.I haven't tested the waters on it being water resistant yet, but for what I was looking for, and not wanting to have to drop $100+ into it, I'm happy. I've had it for about 2 weeks, and have only charged it once since the initial charge. I don't have it on battery saving mode, the brightness is on highest level, and the battery is at 30% right now (which means yes, I will charge it later today). To me it is worth what I paid for it's purpose 👍 😀

I did have a problem getting it to pair with my iPhone. The help email was very helpful, but I was still having problems. Took me two days. When the instructions told me to tap the device, I was tapping it with my finger. I called my daughter and she told me to try tapping my phone to the watch. When I did that the phone shut off. So I got back into the app and tried tapping the watch on the phone on the side by the volume controls. Awesome-that worked. I won’t forget that. I didn’t set up my first one, so I didn’t know that. The watch works great. My main reason for buying it is to monitor my blood pressure, heart rate and O2. It saves a month of vitals so when I see my doctor, I can just open the app and show him my numbers.

I'm not a biohacking genius, so I just wanted a watch that would tell me the time, give me my heart rate, and count my steps. It does all these functions well, although there's a caveat with the heart rate monitoring. This monitoring is not constant. You have to activate the watch and swipe to activate that function. Then you have to wait a few seconds while it calculates your HR. Not a problem if you're done exercising, but during exercise, it's a pain to have to stop and wait on that calculation.There are many other functions that I don't use regularly, so I can't comment on their effectiveness or user-friendly-ness.However, their customer service is stellar. I honestly thought when I bought it that I was buying some cheaper no-name watch and I would be on my own if anything were to happen to it. But then I left the charger to my watch on the plane, never to be seen again. I looked on the website and couldn't find a way to order just a charger (or order just the RIGHT charger), so I emailed the company through their contact form. The VERY NEXT DAY I got a response, and after a few emails they decided to simply mail me a replacement charger at no cost! It arrived quickly and worked perfectly. Then, once charged, the watch had incorrect settings (time, date, location), and by that time I had totally forgotten how to change it. I emailed the company back for guidance, and again, the very next day they responded with a step by step guide to downloading the correct app and pairing the watch. (I only wish this info had been easily visible on their website as well.)So maybe this watch is the absolute best on the market or maybe it's just meh - I'm not the one to say. But it works for what I need, and I'm so happy to know I've purchased from a company that has my back.
