Highly educative and interesting
The book HEAL WITH FOODS has a subtle underlying message, "if you want to heal and detoxify your body, you have to eat real." An easy read that provides foundational principles to use food as medicine. The book is well researched & highly educative while at the same time interesting and full of examples from our daily life. In particular, the section on preparing traditional fermented foods is very educative and interesting.
