I usually order the Salonpas HOT gel patches with capsaicin but ordered these with camphor by mistake and so glad I did. They are easier to apply after removing the film in one piece (rather than 2 like the others). The adhesion for some reason is much much better. The relief lasts at least 8 hours. I highly recommend

Have bought these in the past for some elderly relatives. They said it does control their back and shoulder pain. My aunt did complain about her skin feeling a little raw after taking them off and putting a new one back in place.

Thought I would try these for my sore back. I think they would be good if they would stay in place, can't really tell because they just don't stick where you put them. I went to check on it and couldn't even find it! Here it was stuck to my shirt!! The adhesive is poor! Maybe if you were laying static in bed or sitting static it would stay in place, but if you think you are going to wear this around while you are working, forgettaboutit!
