I opened the same day it was delivered. When I opened it I got a little burst of cayenne up my nose. Haha It was hot and burned, but a good indicator that it was fresh and good quality. I am using some of it for a cayenne pepper pain salve and cant wait to see how effective it will be. My only complaint is the bag is really hard to seal once opened. It took several tries to seal it back up because its a super tiny strip. But as of now based on color, smell, looks, and my unfortunate sniff, I am happy and will most likely order from this company again. Odds are ever in their favor! 😉

Good quality at this price

I am using every day in my dale smoothy. I ncrease the quantity little by little. So, I can tolérate better its spice taste.

Is as expected. Great Cayenne fresh smell and taste. Hot but not too hot. Vacuum packed in thick mylar like package protecting the spice. Overall, very happy with my first time purchase.
