Instrucciones no traen pero obviamente se sabe que es una bolsita para un spa de pies 👣 con agua caliente y poco a poco se van sumergiendo los dos pies hasta que el llegue a la temperatura que pueda soportar… definitivamente sentirán la diferencia que su salud mejora! LO RECOMIENDO!

I've heard about this chinese herb will help for blood circulation.When this arrived in the package, it has extremely strong smell in the whole box. Herbalism smell, extremely strong. I don't get used to it, so I found myself sealed this up with 3 layer of plastic bags. I don't want my whole house smells like this herbs.I tried several times soaking my feet with this product, I still haven't see any results yet. ( it is too short period of time in order to tell the results)For soaking feet: use 1 bag of this product, soaking with warm water for 20 minutes.For bath, use 3 bags of this product.Test it first if you are allergic to this or not.If you have any injuries on your skin, don't use this.I will be continue using this, I'll be back to update my review to tell if it works or not.

This product is nothing more than tea , didn’t really see too big of a difference. No scents or harsh smells, not a product to brag about .
