Held up to the pulling.
Exactly what I was looking for. I thought the price of 5$ was a little high but it's not too bad.They sure stuck into the apples well and held up to the pulling of the thick candy. This was really fun to make and my son loved pushing the sticks into the apples.There are exactly 30 sticks.

Used to make corn dogs
Of the 30 sticks, two weren’t usable because they were warped and splintered. The thickness made these good quality but I didn’t realize they were short. I should have seen the length. I used them to make half sized corn dogs. They did the job well.

Did the job! Purchased for a 2nd grade class party (Halloween event - candy apple decorating!) I had to pierce the apple, and once the apple was on the stick, it stayed!
