Okay so, this couch hits everything I needed it too. It seats a lot, it pulls out into a sleeper, and it seems like it’s going to hold up to the dogs! The only issues I have with it are it’s not the most comfy, very firm, and the backs are too low. It also, as you could imagine, took a while to get here. But the manufacturer date on the tag basically alludes to it was made when we ordered, and the customer service was spot on. The minute they realized that it would be late, they immediately offered a refund and kept very open lines of communication. I feel it is on the pricier side once you add in shipping and taxes, but it’s a smaller sectional I think that could fit in an apartment or modular home, but also fit many! We have 3 kids to fit in there and two dogs so I couldn’t be happier!

The couch has broken in 3 different places and I bought it not even 2 years ago. The pullout extension is cheap metal that bends when you put too much weight on it, meaning if more than one person is on it at once it will bend.The springs are very easy to break and difficult to repair. I contacted the company with these issues and they decided to ghost me for 2 weeks.Wish I never bought it.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews on purchases that I don’t like, but honestly, this was the worst purchase of my life. I’m not sure what I was expecting when buying a couch on Amazon, but I figured after spending roughly $2k, maybe I’d have at least something I can tolerate.First, the delivery was not acceptable. I received all the parts at different times, and it took a month to finally get all the pieces together. Next, the assembly made no sense. You literally have to pick the entire section of the couch up to snap it on the other sections.The material is made of a cheap sponge similar to those on cheap futons. I weigh 140 pounds and after I sit down, I leave a permanent impression on the area I sat on. I have to rotate around the couch every time I sit so it doesn’t look like there are dents everywhere. Lastly, I know this has nothing to do with the company itself, but I purchased insurance on this product, and that was another mistake. The part that slides out came unattached, and they refuse to help me even repair it.This couch is worth $500 at most. I am so upset and I wish I could go back and never buy this uncomfortable and cheaply made sectional 🙁

We loved the couch for the first 3 months, the pull out cushion was the biggest selling point for us. But unfortunately did not last long, the wheel attached to the cushion broke when being used. Now it just drags on the floor when you try to pull it out. Hopefully there is someone I can get in touch with to get a new wheel ordered.

Absolutely beautiful couch that fits perfect in my living room. It’s on the firmer side but I don’t mind, it’s way better than what I had before!

Sofa sleeper is well built and comfortable.Very well built and would highly recommend
