My wife has back and tailbone issues, and i have attempted many versions of these type of cushions. this is by far the best of the many we have tried, it is very thick, and the memory foam cushion keeps it shape very well. I won't say this will get rid of pain completely, as each person's issue is different, but this has helped my wife from only being able to sit 15 minutes to being able to sit 2 hours before her tailbone/back start really hurting from sitting up.

It's a nice cushion, but it's way, WAY too small for an office chair. Before I sit down EVERY TIME, I have to position this thing just right, in the middle of the chair. I miss the old cushion I'm replacing, that was big enough that it filled the entire seat. I feel like I'm perching on top of this thing. Do not buy as an office chair cushion!!! Ugh. I have a headache already from dealing with this.

I broke my tailbone during birth (yay) and dear God I needed something to help me sit without crying. The cushion is great and helped, but it was still painful for me to go from sitting to standing (not sure anything could’ve helped that besides painkillers). It definitely hurt less to stand than if I didn’t have the cushion, but mainly helped alleviate pressure when I was sitting in a chair or driving.

So comfortable. I'm not saying it has cured my tailbone issue but who knows what shape I would be in if I wasn't using it. I use it at the computer most of the time but have taken in on long road trips in the car. I would recommend it even if you don't have tailbone issues.

I got this for work....and I haven't had any lower back pain at all! I normally get low back pain in my car riding 2+ hours, used this pillow and NO BACK PAIN at all!!!! Very comfortable and you can feel the cooling gel. I highly recommend. Nothing negative to say about it!

Bought this for my husband who has spine issues. He uses it everywhere he sits - in the house, in the car, etc. Allows him to sit comfortably when he couldn't before.

I love(d) it for two days. Then, my dog chewed it up. Boo Hoo!
