I bought this shoe rack on October 03, 2011. It was very easy to put together (it took me less than 5 or 6 minutes). My first impressions were that the shoe rack was surprisingly sturdy compared to other shoe racks I had tested in well-known brick and mortar stores. It fits about 9 pairs of my shoes. The two bottom shelves are good for storing sneakers, flats, sandals, wedges or high heels. I use the top shelf for boots that are longer, as there isn't enough room for knee-high boots between the lower shelves. The shoe rack looks great in person - really good quality and attractive to look at. It's lightweight and easy to move around, and it's sturdy enough that it doesn't give or bend when being moved. The 'wooden' slats are wide and make it easy to keep shoes in place on the rack.9 months later, I'm still really happy that I bought this shoe rack. It fits neatly into my small closet, and it still looks brand new (and I'm not very gentle with stuff I own!). There isn't a scratch, a nick, or any sign of wear whatsoever. This is really impressive given my level of clumsiness.I'm actually leaving this review because I came online to order this shoe rack again, to add shoe storage. I originally wanted to purchase two of these, but decided to wait awhile and see what the quality was like (somehow that turned into 9 months of one single shoe rack, and no place to put the rest of my shoes!).This shoe rack is stackable, so I intend to stack the new one on top of the older rack. If you're having trouble deciding between shoe racks, pick this one! I cannot think of one single flaw, and it's the best shoe rack I've ever owned.

Purchased this shoe rack to replace an old wire shoe rack we had. Before purchasing the item, I verified the measurements to be sure that it would fit inside the closet located by the door of the apartment. The rack measured 27 inches wide, the inside of the closet measured 29 inches wide, therefore, I ordered the item.Assembling the shoe rack was fairly easy, you just put each shelf in the frame and press down until it clicks. Done. The shelves are sturdy. The shoe rack is very firm and stable. However, (here comes the but part and please don't laugh) when I tried to place it in the closet it did not fit through the door. I did not account for the measurements of the frame of the door. So, I tried to insert the shoe rack diagonally but, again, did not take into consideration that when you have shelves that are 27 inches long by 13 wide, turning it diagonally does not fit either (I am laughing about it now but I was not laughing then). So, I took out the 3 shelves, placed the frame inside the closet and then assembled the shelves again inside the closet (heavenly music playing in the background). We put all our shoes in it. We had more shoes than shoe rack so there were some still in the floor, but overall, very sturdy, steady and looks good.I purchased the single pack because, comparing with the 2 and 3 packs, I save some money. Two of the single packs will cost $59.98 vs the two pack's $59.99 (only one cent difference, but you get my point). The three pack compared to three single packs will cost you $70 in comparison, so order in single packs if ordering more than one.So, I think we made a good purchase. Good price, looks nice and does the job. I would recommend this item to other people (just pay attention to the measurements).

We purchased one shoe rack in May of 2019 and decided recently we could use another. The new one is pretty much a duplicate of the first despite the description that it was updated. I did take out the bottom shelf and put a plastic shoe tray underneath the rack for our tall, muddy hiking boots.Assembly is very easy. Snaps into place, no tools needed for the basic assembly; I obviously did not stack them although hardware for that is included. Very sturdy. I highly recommend this shoe rack.The espresso color is a very dark brown with just a few low light "streaks" if you look closely.

Great shoe rack. It was super easy and fast to assemble. It holds a good amount of shoes. You can also store other odds and ends in it like I am doing. I also have a second one in my closet that I mainly store stuff on it besides shoes.

Okay... so I’ve been looking for a shoe each for awhile now and after reading reviews I finally decided to get this one. I did read a lot of people complain theirs was bent or broken or scratched, but I just drugged it off thinking “oh this wouldn’t happen to me!”... let me tell you... it happened to me... all the shelves had scratch marks, one shelf in particular was really messed up, somehow it was dented oddly and I had a rough time placing it on the frame due to it, I put the pics in and circled the places to show in all the ways it was bent. But because of this, I placed it on the bottom and on the back so it wasn’t noticeable. Let’s be honest - this is a shoe rack - where dirty shoes will go. It is inevitable that it will get scratched and bumped, so I decided to not exchange it. It is quite possibly the easiest piece of furniture I have ever put together. I didn’t even need to read the instructions. And it is super cute! Holds all our shoes and it’s really sturdy. Other than the dents and scratches that came with it, it’s super cute and I really like it!

This is a great shoe rack that is sturdy and will hold up to heavy use. It is also designed well and looks nice and does have a cheap look to it.

Good and strong, I feel it won't bend under the weight of shoes ( as cheaper racks I've owned have done)

Honestly a steal for the price. Very easy to assemble, you don't need tools to screw in stuff. It's sturdy and looks nice. I also noticed that you can attach more shelves on top and make it taller if you wish to buy more.

Lo compré hace ya año y 8 meses y sigue en perfecto estado, tengo solo dos niveles pero mientras no se mueva mucho no tiene porque tener ningún problema con la duración; caben 3 pares de zapatos por nivel (contando el piso 9 pares) en total lo que hace muy conveniente para interiores de closets

Took me a few minutes to find a comfortable way of assembling it since you build it upside down, but was easy enough to get through on my own. Feels sturdy and currently holding around 7-9 shoes comfortably across from our other shoe rack. It was a perfect fit as a secondary shoe rack since we're a household of 3.
