I actually thought it would be bigger, but it was perfect for an office birthday surprise. The size of the graphic made the perfect announcement to all who walked by. Definitely worth the $18 with all the balloons too.

Balloons are super hard to tie shut.
Had to add extra balloons to make it this full. Did not come with enough to make this.

I thought it was really pretty. The balloons don’t go all the way around like the image displaces. I did have a few balloons with holes.
