These lights are beautiful and make our back patio and fire pit area look magical! They come without the lights in the sockets which is good for protecting the bulbs but a bit tedious to hang (not too bad). My bulbs arrived with 3 broken, but there were 4 extra (I think it is actually supposed to come with 5 extra) so we had enough to hang all working lights with one left. The plug end is about 6-12in from the first bulb, and the other end has a bulb at the very end. I don't think I realized before I purchased, but each light socket has a clip type loop on it. This was super convenient for hooking over a thicker wire I purchased in a light hanging kit. We also secured the light strand onto some of our post hooks using zip ties. When we plugged them in, a few weren't lit but tightening the bulb a bit more fixed that. Hopefully they survive the rain and winter (in TN, will report back if there are issues). Overall, I recommend these lights, especially at this price for the length!Update: I contacted the company about the broken/missing bulbs and they promptly apologized and shipped me more than enough to replace those and some extras! Wonderful experience with customer service!

I really love these lights. The soft warm lights is great for my smaller back yard. Just enough to see by, not harsh. I probably should have done 3 of the 50' strands for the look I was going for, but we made it work. I would definitely buy more of these in the future. We have all 5 extra bulbs still, none came broken. I'm glad I followed the advice to get a guide wire, from a review on here. It not only makes them sit nicer, but it made set up much easier.

Awesome lights! Just what we were looking for for our backyard. Bought some poles and strung them up over the deck. Had no problems at all, I did break two bulbs by dropping them but had plenty of extras. I’ve had them a couple months now and they’ve held up to all weather without any issue.I spent a lot of time going back and forth between different brands and styles but happy I chose these. I bought an outdoor dimmer plug to go with them which I’d recommend.

These look awesome over our back patio! We used a fence post extender and strung a steel wire over our patio to provide the lights with extra support. I highly recommend this if you get a lot of wind where you'll be placing these. We get high winds through our backyard and these are still in place and still look great and we haven't needed to replace any bulbs yet! We've since added a table and spruced up the space, but here's a pic of right after we hung them. They still look the same a year later and we get comments every time people come over on how great the lights look! Would definitely buy these again if I needed more lights!

I’m totally impressed. These are not a cheapy wire set. Took me 20 minutes to screw in 100 bulbs. To not have any broken in transit is amazing. Tomorrow I’ll put them on my ramp and then I’ll know if I might need a dimmer.

Exactly what I was looking for. The perfect outdoor patio lights. They emit a warm glow that isn't too harsh/bright and not too dim. I did use galvanized wire to add support to the lights since they wouldn't be just going along a wall the entire time. It helped a lot and also didn't allow the lights to sway much in the wind. Like others have said, the 100 ft doesn't have an adapter at the end that allows you to plug multiple strands in together. Also waited until the entire wiring was hung up before screwing in light bulbs- this is a MUST because I had a little difficulty when I first started and I know that I would have probably had more broken bulbs than not had I screwed the lights in before hanging it up. None of the bulbs were broken with shipment and they included 4 extra just incase which is very nice. Extremely happy with this purchase

I used these to wrap an archway in front of my house. It’s great they came unscrewed as you do not want to arrange these with the bulbs in. Only one bad light out of 100 and they give you 5 extra lights. They seem sturdy and they look great. Nice value since 100 feet is equivalent to 5 sets which typically run and about $15-20 each.

We put three strings around our deck and a soft light brightened our outdoor space in the perfect amount. We can still see the lake with them illuminated. We intend to properly install with stainless cabling but haven't yet. The light is soft and perfect, not too bright to read with, but great to see everyone and for safety. We used to only have candles, the lights streaming from our windows, and our back porch light. This now adds the right light to the deck. The lights have stayed not too hot, the bulbs are pretty, and dramatic around our July 4th buntings.
