I always wondered why people gave bad reviews when the item wasn’t inside the package. Now I understand why. There is no selection in the return area for “ripped off, item wasn’t inThe package”. If I return it and cite one of the other reasons, when they ship the replacement, I have to send back the original or be charged again.The package was sealed both on the outside and the inside.For this, I give one star. Five stars for lightweight though.

I could not be happier with my purchase! I'm doing a pin up contest and these are perfect. They have a little weight to them like pearls should and are a perfect color. These don't look cheap and arrive in a beautiful jewelry box.

This necklace was heavy as described, but it was not as pictured. The manufacturer has photos showing their product against others pointing to theirs as high-quality, and others as poor quality.What I received was bright white, looked just like what is shown as poor quality and it looked terrible.Awful presentation… arrived in a bag, not a box as at least one reviewer showed in photos.Furthermore, the bag was a semi-stiff plastic zipper bag with the plastic bag actually broken. The beads were nice and heavy, but that’s about the only positive I can say. Color was listed as white and I did receive a starkly bright white necklace that looked absolutely terrible and irrefutably fake.I requested a return immediately.Hoping that the champagne color, which I ordered as replacement appears more ivory as genuine white pearls do.Because this necklace comes in many colors, and many styles, it is difficult to discern which is the correct review to trust. Ultimately I asked a question from other reviewers, and I got a few very different answers.I asked whether the champagne color is more ivory, peachy or some other color even. The seller responded that it is an ivory color. Of note was that some people responded that the champagne appeared a pale purplish color.That really surprised me. So I really have no idea what is going on with this necklace. I have no idea if it is very poorly described, or if there may even be some counterfeit product.Keeping my fingers crossed for next week when the champagne necklace is supposed to arrive.Purchase if the presentation doesn’t matter to you, and if you’re OK to return it if it’s not what you expected.If you’re looking for something that appears as described and you need it in a hurry, look elsewhere as this item cannot be trusted to appear as described, or as shown in and photos,

I ordered these for a 1920's themed party, but ended up wearing them all the time! They are nice and heavy. While they are not real pearls, they would easily fool anyone with their weight. They are not cheap light plastic beads. They look beautiful and I receive many compliments on them. The ivory color is lovely. They are very long, making it easy to double or triple them up into layers. I wear them to work, not just for costume jewelry! I can't believe they cost less than $8. What a steal.

Nice and better than I expected. Need for a one time play and didn't want to spend a lot but didn't want dollar store quality. Very pleasantly surprised at how nice the necklace is. I will wear this with other outfits not just for the play. I highly recommend if your looking for costume jewelry to accent an outfit. It's beautiful and high quality material. Very lovely and packaged very nicely so it didn't get banged up during shipment. I highly recommend and I will continue to buy from this dealer, they stand by their word.

This is an absolute DO NOT BUY! According to these other reviews, there should be 2 strands of pearls. I received one long strand with broken pearls and shattered pieces in the "protective" packaging. The rest of the pearls fell right off the string as soon as I pulled them out of the bag. And, no, there is no clasp: just tied off thread on each end that can't be tied thick enough to hold the beads, much less form a necklace.

Wore these along with a real pearl necklace for a layered look at a 1920s party. You can hardly tell the difference between the real pearls and these. The paint was great: not too white and not chipping off like reviewers mentioned on other necklaces. They also had the weight of real pearls. Definitely happy with my purchase!

I love these necklaces. I'm tall and plus-size and as such I lose one loop. However, I still get the same effect. What I've also done is taken both of them as one and knotted them. The knot can be adjusted as high or as low as I want, which really does have that long elegant look. I wear them with my professional wear and I love them. I can see that these can be dressed up with a cocktail dress and still be smashing. The weight of the beads are very nice and they look like real genuine pearls. I've worn them just about every day since I received because of all the compliments I get.

These were purchased for a fancy dress party, but I ended up buying them again as they looked so good someone else wanted a set!
