Very good sauce, great flavor used it on corn beef today. Nice heat as well.

I love this sauce! This is the 3rd or 4th time I've bought it. I think it is absolutely perfect as is. I used it with chicken in a crock pot and then shredded my chicken. I did doctor it up a little because of a recipe I have, but I think it has an amazing flavor by itself. I also love that all the ingredients are natural, which I cannot find any sauce like this living in a small town at our local grocery stores. I highly recommend. It isn't spicy (which is fine with me), but if you're looking for some kick, this sauce alone is not it. I did add about 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper to give the recipe some heat. Finally, it does come in a glass bottle, but it was wrapped in bubble wrap and arrived safely. I've seen some reviews where it broke in transit, so good to keep in mind as well.

This is really great tasting - I use on on many foods - vegetables, noodles, fries, and meat. Highly recommend.

We love Umami and we got this hot sauce, well... because I also love hotsauce. We got the Hot instead of the mild. It's not very hot but I think if we go the mild it would've been more versatile. The flavors don't come through as much as what we assume the mild one would've given us. I think it's very good but its not spicy enough for hot and the heat level distracts from the flavor so go with the mild. It goes well with steak tacos, steaks and Shepard's Pie.

Perhaps could use a bit more heat, honestly, but that's just me. The flavor is the real star here, though. The depth of rich flavors (umami) is immediately apparent. I've never tried a hot sauce that had olives, or mushrooms in it, but considering the sauce already had items, like carrot, miso, and tamari- all items I love in a hot sauce- I knew the those additions would pair well with the sauce. And it works!Only nitpick would be the light consistency of the sauce. It is ultimately probably a good sign, as you would assume there not to be any sort of thickening agent, like xanthan gum, but I think I would have liked to see it with a slightly more chunky nature. But that is only a nitpick.And as far, as the unique ingredients contained within; I wouldn't let that dissuade anyone from giving it a shot, as a go-to hot sauces for burritos, eggs, etc., because I feel that it has paired well with just anything I have tried it on. It's definitely more versatile than you think.Definitely would recommend to any hot sauce enthusiast.

Oh my! Deep, rich, flavorful! Tons of umami flavor! Completely addictive! The heat is solid but not overpowering (I have high tolerance so grain of salt here). Base flavor salty in the way a delicious stew or broth would be. Layers upon layers of flavor.This is to normal hot sauces what a symphony is to a lullaby. Next level times three! Exactly what I've been looking for by buying hot sauce after hotsauce. This is spectacularly different! Try it! You'll love it too!

Once you have tried this sauce, you're never going back to normal sauce again. Unique and divine flavor with just the perfect about of spiciness so it's not overwhelming.

Not hot. Its umami flavor is like most umami flavor. It needs the right application. As a condiment, I am not sure if I like it. As an inclusion in recipes I think I do. For example, I think a little would be good mixed with eggs for scrambling.

One of the best sauces I've ever tasted but the price is absolutely nuts. AND there is no drip spout.THIS SAUCE IS THIN... SO what happens is you end up pouring way more than you intended, using too much sauce and ultimately wasting it. So, technically you're pouring out a couple dollars with every splash :(Bring the price down.

I'm obsessed with the flavour of this sauce. I personally find it somewhat hot (but I don't eat a lot of hot food/don't like really hot things). If you don't care about that much heat, and would prefer a good flavour - definitely buy this.

Bought this for husband for Christmas and he loves it! He said it is quite spicy and very flavourful.
