The short:This coverlet & pillow sham set is GREAT! Color and fabric are as described. Fits a king sized bed perfectly.The long:Coverlet and shams are a deep, navy blue. Coverlet drapes nicely over a king size bed and shams fit king sized pillows.Size: Side to side, overhang for this coverlet covers the sides of the mattress, down to the top of the bed skirt. Head to foot, it covers from the head board down to the middle of the bed skirt at the foot of the bed.Design and Feel: Design on the coverlet isn't woven in but instead appears pressed. Still looks very nice. Right out of the package the fabric is soft, not scratchy, but it is a little stiff. I washed the coverlet and shams as directed (Wash cold water. Tumble dry, low.) and the fabric really softened up and drapes nicely over the bed. Did not shrink in the dryer. I am so pleased to be able to wash this comforter in my washer/dryer at home and not have to make a trip to the laundromat once/twice a month.Weight & Warmth: Other reviewers are correct that this coverlet is very light. At night, if you maintain a warmer temperature or if you usually get hot while sleeping, this coverlet, on it's own, will be perfect for you. If you're like me and like to keep the house cool at night and like your covers to have a little bit of weight to them, you may want to add an extra blanket under this coverlet. I added a light, plush blanket between my sheet and the coverlet and the warmth/weight are perfect.Let me preface this next comment by saying that I am a big fan of Target and their brands. For bedding needs, I will usually check their selection first before looking anywhere else. Before I purchased the Mellanni coverlet, I purchased the "Threshold - Vintage Washed Solid Quilt (King)" from Target. I was not pleased with the size (barely covered the top of the bed; no overhang at all.) or the color of the Target quilt, so it was returned. The Mellanni Coverlet set feels just as nice, actually fits a King sized bed AND is half the price.Cannot recommend this set enough!

I wasn't expecting much for the price of this bedspread so I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality. Since I have a 4 poster bed that's meant for a coverlet, I didn't want a bedspread. I bought the full/queen size for my California king and it fits perfectly as a coverlet. I opened up the package and there was no funky smell. I went ahead and washed it in cold water and dried it on low and it came out perfectly. It's very light weight and we'd had a bitter cold night with temperatures just below zero and I didn't think it would be warm enough so I put on an extra t-shirt. I ended up taking the t-shirt off after less than five minutes. This coverlet was certainly warm enough. A couple nights later, I had a friend here to spend the night. Even with the extra blankets on the bed in our guestroom, she was freezing so I (reluctantly) turned the heat up to 80°. We like a colder house at night and we never go above 65°. I thought I was going to roast to death. I cracked a window open in the bedroom but it was still hot. I thought the bedspread would be too warm but it was actually perfect for an overly warm night. I didn't get hot with this bedspread. The fabric is perfect for summer and winter, it's very well made and much lighter and easier to use than the cotton coverlet I finally replaced. I used to wake up every single night with a stuffy nose before getting this bedspread. For the first time in years, I've not awakened in the middle of the night with a stuffy nose. The color and quilting design were exactly as pictured. The only thing I wish they'd offer is the ability to buy three larger shams instead of the two smaller shams as my bed is pretty big. But, I bought some throw pillows on Amazon so it looks fine. I loved my old cotton coverlet and I figured that this bedspread, being polyester would look shiny and cheap but it looks and feels like my cotton coverlet without being as heavy. I normally spend money on bedspreads and linens because I don't want tacky looking beds in the house and I'd planned on using this bedspread only until I could find another nice cotton coverlet but I'm not looking at replacing it now. It doesn't look cheap, shiny or tacky at all. If you're concerned that this will be too heavy, too light, shiny and cheap looking or poorly constructed, you needn't be worried. Next time I have to replace a bedspread or coverlet, I'm buying another one of these. I can't find any fault with the bedspread or shams and I have no complaints with the construction of the bedspread. It's even finished nicely on the edges and reversible. This is one of the best deals I've come across. The linens on my bed cost almost a thousand dollars so I'm going to check out their linens now.My daughter is in the Navy and moves around a lot. She's always looking for ways to cut down on weight. She's currently stationed in Hawaii and the Navy pays to move her back to the mainland but she has to pay for any moving after that so she travels light. She was sold on the weight alone. She received this bedspread a few days ago and loves it. She has no AC and Hawaii is warm and humid but she says it's definitely not too hot. She bought a blue color and agrees that the color is exactly as pictured. For the price, whether it's for a house, cabin, dorm, etc, this bedspread checks all the boxes. I would recommend this without hesitation.

I ordered the bedspread in the sky blue color. It is a very pretty color. After washing and drying it was very soft and looked great. This is a great value for the price.

True confession time, I have never had a real bedspread. Ever. After years and years of using the ole Bed in a bag series and upon buying a new bed I decided I needed a major upgrade and went for this bedspread. I looked all over for something and I knew I wanted it to be black. When I read it was floral I was a little hesitant, being a male I did not want something flowery that looked like a garden had overtaken my bed and to my luck this does not look that way. In fact in the black you cannot almost see anything floral. You do see stitching, but can hardly make out the pattern of the leaves and stems. I like is because it is huge and covers all of my bed that I was able to throw away my old bed skirt.Man how I hated that thing, it would never stay in place, always get caught up in my vacuum cleaner or get dirty however as I read in the reviews this spread was big enough to replace the skirt and it was. It is a little lightweight however, but your sheets or a blanket on top in the winter will make up for it.As for my first bedspread purchase I will give myself 5 stars the same rating I am giving the product.

Material is good, washes well, lightweight, and love the color

I really like this bedspread. The navy is a pretty color and it washes nicely. It’s soft and breathable. I usually buy a king for my queen mattress because I hate it when they are too short but I probably could have gotten a queen this time. I didn’t notice any smell or wrinkles. Great value.

Replaced the king size comforter with this set. Easy to fold & handle. Happy with it.

No son completamente negras.Me hubiera gustado que fueran más obscuras, son más bien negro pardo, pero me encantan, son ligeras pero si te mantienen calientito y se secan rapidísimo después de lavarlas.

Muy bonita tela y calidad. Pero es muy grande para una cama Full. Realmente es para una cama Queen.
