It’s vibrating loud and ruff. The instructions literally say it’s going to shake the wax out.. yes IT IS A SCAM. The suction is no stronger than a baby blowing out a candle. I want more than a refund. THIS PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN FROM THE SITE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT it’s late but I will upload video tomorrow

I had a bad infection in my eardrum years ago, so when I’m trying to clean my earwax with a qtip it’s painful for me.I’m not suffering anymore with this cleaner :))

When you look at the ears, they get more clogged up then people realize it & we all geta boatload of earwax to clean up after. Then, you'd have to go to the ENT doctor to get the ear fully taken care of. But to find automatic ear cleaners, it is more of a chore, because they're not as recognized as they could be. But where to look. It certainly isn't here with this ear wax remover. While it does a fairly good job for normal ears, but if you do get constant ear wax that can block you ears, or can muffle you ears, than it isn't worth the money. Then, you're better off taking 2-3 trips a year for ear wax removal by the ENT. Is it a good buy, not as much, but hopefully there will be better ones out there.Price: C-Convenience & Setup: C+Overall: C 1/2+

Do not recommend for kids. Possibly not even adults. The vibration is too loud. Suction was very low. Maybe for dry wax and dust but not for active, fat wax. As you can see my picture, it’s large and look closely to the white tubes that’s supposed to go inside the ear .. forget it! No way to see how deep or what’s it supposed to suction. You have to put it in ear and hope you don’t push too far in time for your child to scream and stop you. Not a good gadget.

My husband uses it and he doesn’t have any complain.

It worked our fine the first use, then when someone else went to use it, it stopped suctioning

Yes, for real: The chamber for the battery that was INCLUDED in the package was too small for it to be closed with the battery inside it.That is the extent to which they screwed this up -- how little of a flying crap they gave when they were slapping this worthless thing together!To my absolute NOT surprise, after figuring out how to hold and power it without the cover on, it had NO SUCTION WHATSOEVER. This is not an ear cleaning device -- this is the world's most worthless vibrator.
