Arrived quickly. Good quality baseball cap. No spelling mistakes. Limited color and font selection, plus I needed one more letter for what I wanted to say. Chose something else that fit. Happy with color and font. I despise the cheap Velcro closings on caps. This has a metal clasp.

The faded red fabric actually looks like it was bleached—it looks pink, not faded. The embroidery is too small. The quality of the cap is poor—the sizing and seam lines of the fabric panels are off by just enough that the hat is visibly asymmetric.

This hat was a gift for our adult son. He loved it and the words we put on it. The color and quality were just perfect..

The personalization was missing a letter. That's the only thing I was dissatisfied with, however that could have been my mistake. When choosing white letters to personalize this product, due to the white background, you can't see what you're typing. So, I still gave it four stars because it looked like a nice quality cap.

I ordered three for our family to have matching headwear as we are out and about. We used them for a hot day at the fair. They have a little sweat wicking. They are soft and comfortable. They fit each of our different diced heads well. I like the choice of colors and fonts.

At first glance it looks like a nice hat and it's comfortable enough, butthe fabric is very thin and the lettering is off center and looks odd.

Not pleased at all with the lettering. Second line is bigger than the first which presents a greater emphasis, the print on the first line is somewhat distorted due to the dye bleed out and the fabric is very, and I do say very, lightweight which makes it unformable and limp so much the first line practically disappears when wearing. Anyway nice concept but it's a no-go for me and my pup.

Very good quality. My wife loves it. I finally got her to say yes, she will wear a ball cap! We are retired on a homestead and plan to give these in different colors to our kids and grandkids visiting as a take home gift with our family name and "Hidden Gem Ranch" engraging.
