Awesome backpack
I wore this backpack during my Anime Expo trip this summer. The quality of the backpack is high. It withstood the various travels throughout the convention center and the area around the convention. There are no rips and tears. The backpack was able to fit in a lot of stuff, including my water bottle, and the back opening made sure my valuables and other stuff I bought in the exhibit hall secure. It was a good thing for that, as there were a few thefts that occurred at the convention. Thankfully, I wasn't affected by the thefts, but having the opening on the backside gave me some safety that my cards, money, phone and other stuff stayed safe from pick pockets. The straps were comfortable. It has now become my go to bag for conventions.

From a guy who uses it everyday.
This backpack definitely has more pros than cons. I take public transportation alot and recently traveled abroad and felt comfortable and safe with my belongings in it. There is very very minor tear and wear on it but this backpack has gone through all types of weather with me. Thunderstorms, windy days, snow storms and more. So that's amazing. Very practical and functional. Water resistant does not mean waterproof. Keep that in mind. I haven't used the charging port yet but it's nice to know it's there. The bag is hard to clean but since I don't use the charger port I think next time I'll throw it in the wash and then air dry it. The bag isn't meant to be a "fit everything you need bag". But. I can fit about two days worth of clothes it that is all I put in there. If I put one change of clothing I can fit my laptop, a charger (both phone and laptop), a book, my bathroom goodies, a journal and possibly some snacks inside. So it gets the job done. Side pockets are such a great addition to the bag. The front storage is small but you can still get stuff in there. I use this bag everyday. Everyday I'm am so pleased by it. Plus it's extremely affordable (I got it as a gift). So if you buy this bag rest easy knowing you get the money's worth out of it.

Love it (and my cat clearly loves it too)
I just received this backpack today, so if I have any complaints I will update the review. But as for now, here are my first impressions:The backpack looks nice in person. Although the structure of it does not seem quite the same as online, it does stay flat and compact even when it is filled. I hate how most backpacks tend to look bulky and round when they have more than just a binder in it, but this doesn't do that. The shape stays nice and flat whether it is filled partially or completely.Another aspect is the weight and capacity. Here's are my essentials for school: at LEAST 2 water bottles, pens/pencils, my thermos for coffee (which tends to add a lot of bulk and weight to my backpacks but it never leaks so it's worth it), a binder (which fills itself throughout the year), a calculator, a notebook, and my laptop+laptop chord when needed. In the photos I show it fit THREE water bottles, a thermos, 15.6 inch laptop and chord, 1.5 inch binder, and a notebook easily. The placement of the pockets and features is genius. (some of them are not visible in photos so I'll explain) 1.There is an almost hidden zipper pocket on the front. It is super deep but flat so you could perhaps keep a smaller notebook in there. 2. On each side there are hidden slots where you can keep waterbottles, umbrellas, etc. They can be concealed under the two flaps on each side and won't stick out of the side of the backpack which I LOVE. I have always avoided putting drinks in the little mesh side pockets that most backpacks have. 3. On the back part, there is an interesting foam cushion that has a visible geometric pattern, and a horizontal strap to slip over suitcase handles. There is also a small zipper pocket on the left and on the opposite side a USB port. On the straps of the backpack there is also little clips where you can attach the strap to keep them from hanging down. 4. On the inside, there is a fabric loop that the inner USB chord feeds through, and a pocket on the right where it attaches to the outer USB port, which has a zipper so you could keep a power bank and the chord in concealment there. There is a pouch on the inner top that also has a small zipper pocket attached, and horizontal pen slots on the outside. Underneath that is two more pouches, which can be used for various things. On either side is a velcro attachment with a button as well to keep the backpack from falling open since it CAN open all the way down. Last but not least is the laptop pocket, which surprisingly holds even my large 15.6 inch laptop and the backpack still closes fine.
