My husband and I are both night shifters and were not getting good sleep during the day. Our room would not cool down and the sunlight was just too bright for day sleeping. We bought these (along with a curved curtain rod) and WOW what a difference it makes! Our room stays cool and dark. Naturally there's still a little bit of light that comes in like at the top but overall the difference is so massive. We get sooo much better sleep. (If it matters, we purchased the dark navy blue ones.)

I bought some magnetic tie-back plus a little pack of powerful magnets to get the magnets to function.There are care/washing instructions on the curtains. I did not follow the instructions. If I did permanent press cold, then tumble dry a set of curtains with several plastic tumbling balls it would not have wrinkles after the dryer finished. I do not plan on washing these curtains again in the near future.The two windows in my living room have the light blocked very well, but the sun very slightly radiates over the curtain but only stays on the immediate top of the curtain, against the wall.The community lighting outside in the parking lot at night gets into my unit. The curtain window light from the night is blocked much better, as opposed to blinds.

Love this style and it fits perfectly as well as the color to our living room. We were looking for something that helps provides some darkness when watching television and morning light when we have company. Works great and definitely recommend it these brands.

We needed to get blackout curtains for our apartment nursery due to the ongoing construction outside not far from the apartment. We wanted some that looked nice as well as blocking out all the generator light plants they use (I used to work construction so I can sympathize why they’re angled the way they are) so we decided to try these out. We got the Dark Mallard which is a beautiful shade of green, like a dark jade almost olive. They look very nice and they show no wrinkles. Planning to get similar for our bedroom soon

I purchased these to match a longer pair - I'm only using one of those to help block sound though a hollow-core bedroom door in a home office setting. These work well in combination with the roller shades to block light when I want to, and help a little with sound from outside as well.

The curtains are nice enough. I'm keeping them. They did come VERY wrinkled, steamer didn't help much. They are also not room darkening at all. They are not sheer, but not what I expected

I use this in my kids room because in summer the sun lights up their room very early. This made it so they could sleep longer. My kids like their room very dark and cold and this did the trick.

These curtains are amazing. They block all of the light coming into my room. 10/10 would recommend

I needed one pair of 42"x63" curtains to complete a project I started using curtains I had already purchased from a national department store - - and the curtains being offered by Nicetown appeared to meet my needs. Unfortunately, the colour I wanted wasn't available in the size I needed - so Nicetown, without me asking them to do so, put me on a notification list - and as soon as they were available, they sent me an email.The curtains arrived 2 days later and, much to my surprise, the quality of the curtains, and the ability to block the light coming into a room, was far superior to the curtains I had already purchased, at a higher price, from the national department store (see photo below).I highly recommend Nicetown as a caring supplier, and their products for window covering needs.

This should probably only be a four-star review as I ordered gray, but received green. However, the green look so much nicer than the gray would have that I'll go for the full 5-stars. I found that while I measured 77 inches for my window and ordered 84 inches of drapes, the folds meant these were far too small to cover the window they were intended for. They were perfect for another so that's where they are and they do look great. I guess the correct measurement for width should be something like real width plus 20 inches (at least.) The 77-inch windows now look great as well after I ordered 102-inch drapes.

I never normally write reviews, but I am so impressed with the quality of these I just had to. I recently purchased new curtains for my whole house. Some from Wayfair, Walmart, and these. These are comparable quality to significantly more expensive ones from Wayfair. I wish I had bought these first, I would have put them in the whole house.

My understanding is that "a pair" means 2 drapes in one order. The product advertises as "a pair", bought 2 of these for 2 windows in my room but the package arrived with only ONE drape in each package.. Disappointed. Will be returning as soon as possible.

My daughter had started waking with the sunrise & then going around waking up the rest of the family because she was ready to go. I had had enough of the 6am wake up calls on weekends! I purchased these in pink, worried they wouldn’t block enough of the morning sun because of the light color. I was pleasantly surprised the first morning my daughter slept in until 8:30! I’m buying our master bedroom a set now because our MUCH more expensive blackout curtains don’t do as good of a job & weigh a ton more than these do.
