Is a good deal. Fits two cots easily.
Great deal. I’ve taken it down and set it back up and of took thirty minutes to do by myself the second time. It won’t fit back in the bag it comes with, but a tote from the hardware store fits fine. You should be a large tarp to put on the ground first. You will regret not having somewhere clean underneath the awning cover. The back bedroom fits two cots easily. The listing says it can sleep 12 men. This is not the case. This is a 8 man tent at its best but in reality it would not be comfortable with more than 4-6 men. The rain fly can be tricky. Lay it on the ground first and put the logo on the back right side for it to fit correctly. The red sticks go in the corners and the white sticks go on the sides. The longer poles go diagonally across the top.

Not quite water resistant.
While the fabric might be water resistant, the zippers are not which let's water slowly leak in. We got caught in a rain storm in the PNW and thought we were safe but upon waking we noticed water under our mattresses. Feeling around for holes we noticed droplets from the zipper area, super frustrating to deal with with 3 toddlers.

Leaked absolutely everywhere
I will add photos later, But it was an extremely easy set up, we tested it out and It only took us maybe 15 minutes to set it up for the first time, thats including the time it took to read the instructions. This was just our test run, so when we go camping I will add photos of the set up and review it more. I believe we will be able to fully set it up within ten minutes since we will not need the instructions next time, it is a fairly straight forward set up.Edit. Changed my review to 1 stars after actually using the tent. There was water leaking in all over the place and it was not even raining that hard, the tent was put together exactly as it should be and it was leaking from the ceiling, from the sides. The top was puddling up in the back and even got to the point where the roof was caving in, we even went outside to see if there was any way we could tighten something more or figure out why the water was not just running off, but found that everything was as it should be. I expect way more out of a tent that I paid $300 for and claims to be waterproof. Very disapointed in this purchase, I am returning.

Great tent, easy to assemble
It's a large, moderately easy to assemble tent. Best to have two people to help set it up. Hard to get back in the original bag, but that goes with any tent. The poles could have been labeled better and the instructions are so brief you'll wonder if you're missing a page. But then you realize just how quick and easy this thing goes up. Not much to it at all. I love that it has two rooms with lots of windows. Great find.

Love this tent.
Set up is a little involved and you definitely need 2 people. But once you do it a couple of times, it's very easy to set up. We were lucky and didn't have rain, but I did notice dampness in the tent, so it would probably be a good idea to get some spray to make it water resistant. This thing is HUGE! We had about four inches all around the sidesof our king size air mattress. When we downsize to a queen, we'll have even more space. My only complaint is that I wish there were two more windows, in the inner room. I love a breeze at night, and that was a little tough on our side of the divider.

Make sure you go to all your details and inspections.
We just bought it 3-23-2025 took it out for camping to test and surprisingly found 8 holes on rain fly top cover Wow. we did like it very much so sending it back for replacement giving it another chance it would arrive 3-28 2025.Hopefully it would be 100% with out any problem or damages. We will still give it a 5 star. We'll be back for the next review.

Time Will Tell
Setup was quick and easy despite the overly simplistic instructions. The front awning sits lower than expected; any average-sized person needs to duck to enter. Once inside there's plenty of room to stand (I'm 6'0"). Zippers are the weak point... low-end and finicky.EDIT: Waterproofing could use some work. The rainfly worked well in a storm and the anchors held tight. Main moisture issues came from overnight dew on the sides of the tent.

Plenty of room and kept us dry
We purchased this for family campouts with the Scouts. Once we figure out the color coating on the poles, took about 20 minutes to put up. it absolutely poured the whole weekend. Both times we use this. I kept their family dry with plenty of room for inside activities. The materials appear to be a good quality and have not given us any issues. I like that you can zipper off the front and the back. We ran string between the anchors near the ceiling to be able to hang up, wet jackets, lights, and trash bags, and it held the weight nicely. If it were up to me, I would’ve made the awning separate from the main door and made it a little bit bigger so you could actually sit underneath it with chairs.
