They are nylon, they last five minutes
The dimensions, size, thickness, weight, flex, are all dead nuts perfect. My favorite go to pick. But they are made out of an ancient material called nylon. Lasts about 5 minutes of solo playing. And they are outrageously expensive at over 1.20$ a piece. Please just at least try to make these out of "Tortex" and give us poor guitar players a little bit more playing time.

My #1 go-to pick
My favorite picks for guitar. Great for precision and heavy play. I wish they had a slightly bigger version for bass

Per me risultano praticamente uguali a quelli standard rossi ( jazz3) . Cambia solo il colore, e il prezzo

A smarter Jazz III
I'm not a big fan of Kirk Hammet (although I respect him a lot) but when I recently saw what he did to his picks, I was intrigued. So I took one of my Jazz III picks, my Dremel and I did the exact same cut.I was surprised to notice that this cut not only didn't change the grip at all (my thumb and index fingers are closer to the tip) but added a tactile mark or "feel" if you want on the pick when you hold it, making it easy to spot the angle and depth of the pick between your fingers. It also removes a useless part of the pick, allowing the pick to move more freely between your fingers when you want to.Long story short, this is very clever from Kirk and it's become my go to pick. I absolutely love the control and feel you gain with this small modification. If you love the Jazz III, I would advise you to try one of these at least.Bonus : when you drop this thing, you cant' miss it on the ground :D
