The vitamins seem to have pretty much everything you need at the right levels complete with anti-oxidants and absorption enhancers. The calcium is a little low but everything else is excellent. The only thing you might want to add is omega-3 which is better to buy separately anyway. Like many vitamins, these don’t smell great, but they’re totally fine and easy enough to swallow.

I have just started taking these. I was most amazed by the natural ingredients. And i love how nearly all vitamins i use is combined into this one capsule and extra ingredients too. I am happy with the smell,as it shows all the natural ingredients is in there I cannot smell any chemicals which is great. This company has put a lot of thought into this vitamin. I am especially happy that it’s a capsule form very easy to swallow. I hope i start to feel a difference in my health soon. And affordable price aswell. What more can you ask for.

i have been taking these for around 6 months now and have found them to be brilliant. i recently skipped a few days and i felt exhausted. i have dropped a few of my other supplements that are covered in these ones so cost doesn't come into it. a great quality supplement

I purchased these vitamins for myself and my daughter after seeing the ingredients list. Which is awesome btw. I have been searching for natural multivitamins that contain no nasties for blooming years! I then read the reviews after my purchase. Some mention a terrible smell, which concerned me because it sounds really awful and I thought I might have to put a polo mint at the bottom of the bottle in case the smell put my daughter off them. As soon as I received mine I whipped off the security tab and took a big sniff. Hardly any smell at all. Sure, they don't smell of nothing, they do have a slight smell, but they aren't pungent. Sticking my nose in the bottle and inhaling deeply a few times I can detect enough of the scent to say they smell similar to marine collagen supplement powder, but not nearly as strong. Since I am not going to be using these vitamins for potpourri this does not bother me one bit. They also taste just like any other supplement or vitamin encapsulated in this sort of capsule. Very happy with my purchase indeed! Five out of five stars for product, price, and company integrity.

It's not the cheapest multi-vit-mineral available from Amazon but, then, not all multis are the same. The Pretty Smart Food Company lives up to its name with this product. It offers the most comprehensive variety of vitamins and essential minerals, along with - and here's the big difference - valuable phytonutrients such as elderberry, bilberry, ALA, rosehip and tumeric. It may cost a little more than some (but much less than others) but, for what you get, it's well worth it.

I purchased this product as its stated its filler and bulking agent free, i thought i'd made a great choice. Unfortunately when you uncap this bottle the stench is noticeable. I had to wrap the bottle in a poly food bag and seal it, as the odour is just too pungent. I finished the bottle and wont be buying this again. It is disappointing as i need to search for an alternative product.

I like that they contain Just about everything. I’m fed up with buying so many supplements and was swallowing up to 15 pills a day that I wasn’t sure were even doing anything much. Very expensive and unpleasant as well. I feel like at least if I take these I’m doing something. I actually like the smell of them too. A lot of reviews I saw complained about that but to me it makes it seem real.

These have really helped my mood and fatigue. My anxiety has also greatly improved. Been using for a little over a month along with healthier diet. Not sure why people are bothered about the smell, it's really not that bad and I'm pretty used to it now. I'd rather it smelled natural rather than sugared and flavoured. Just tells me they're good quality and packed with nutrients for a happy healthy body and mind. Thank you for a great product
