I purchased this product mainly for the heating ability and secondly for the television stand aspect. It was quite easy to assemble and very sturdy once it was completely assembled. Installing the actual "fireplace" was a little difficult because of the space and where the screws were to go but once installed, it fit great and was secure. I wish the electric cord was a little longer but is adequate as long as you have an outlet nearby. The piece is beautiful, sturdy and functions great. I have a 39" television that fit perfectly with a enough room to add a lamp and a few little added items to display. Overall, I would highly recommend this product not only for it's beauty and sturdiness but also for heating a room and keeping it comfortable. The timer is a great added benefit as well. I have pets and I don't worry about them touching anything that might be hot on the front of the actual "fireplace" and with the back that is included, I don't worry about them getting into any area that might not be safe. I absolutely love this product and would purchase it again for other rooms in my home.

All I can say is I'm glad my daughter-in-law put it together for me LOL it is smaller than what expected the remote is not that fancy it's pretty basic but it's a nice little fireplace TV stand even though I'm not using it to place my TV it's my TVs too big I just bought it for underneath my TV but it is smaller than what I expected. The good thing is that it did come earlier than what was expected. I give it a four stars.

I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and walked me through troubleshooting. When it was obvious that it wasn't a simple fix, they shipped out a new heater insert the very next day. I received it 6 days later. It works like a charm! I've waited a month to give it time to be sure that it's going to hold up and it has! The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend this product and companyThis arrived 8 days earlier than estimated. I spent a few hours putting it together. It wasn't hard to put together but it was definitely time consuming. Once I had it all assembled, I was waiting back and enjoying the heart and the effect of having a fireplace when the flame effect paused and started again. It repeated this a few more times and then just stopped, flames frozen in place. This was within half an hour of getting it assembled and set up. I followed the troubleshooting guide to make sure the spindle hadn't fallen off but it was in place and it still will not rotate. I've messaged the seller in hopes of getting an exchange on just the heater so I don't have to take this whole thing apart and return it. The cabinet is great. And sitting in the floor to put this thing together was not easy on my lower back. Will update my review based on what happens

My wife loves it, it has super realistic flames but looks very relaxing and romantic.

Arrived safely & intact. Easy to assemble. All parts included. Solid and stable. Heavy. Wish it was bigger but the tv fits well. And wish I'd have gotten the darker model. But overall a great value. Wanted a fireplace and now I have one!

The product is beautiful but the heater doesn’t really heat the room. Disappointed in the money spent for this product.

I order this unit because it said it was only 48 inches wide and it turned out to be 54 inches wide which is too wide for where I wanted to put it. Can’t return it now because it’s all put together and box was thrown away. Will have to try and resell it and get the size that I need.
