they are great lights for the money

The low price makes these lights acceptable, but they could easily be nicer!100% plastic but they look modern when they are up and no one is going to know the material anyway.The wiring is too cheap and not clear! The wire should be slightly heavier, as now it's super flimsy and they only have a small portion of it exposed - so I had trouble getting it to make a good connection. I had this trouble with both of them so I ended up using a wire stripper and getting more exposed wire to make a solid electrical connection. I had to take one down and re-do it, so it was a pain. They could make this so much easier if the wires were a little bit thicker and a little more wire exposed.The other big issue I had with the wires is that the written instructions that come with the light say "connect Black to Black and White to White," as any normal wiring in the US typically is with a light. Only the wires on these fixtures are Brown and Blue. What?! Which is supposed to be hooked up to the hot side? I had to look online to find Chinese wiring colors to find out that the Brown is Black and the Blue is White. Not sure I would have guessed that without looking it up. Why didn't they say this in the instructions?The power of the lights is ok, the 24 LED watts translates to about 80 watts or so of a traditional bulb. I would have preferred a little more strength but that's just one of the things that could have been easily improved I think.I wanted a more modern-looking flat light fixture and in the end these look good and work fine. I would prefer something a little bit nicer but I ended up just using them on the basement stairs anyway so they are acceptable for that spot. If they were nicer I'd use them other places in the house.

The media could not be loaded.  Product installed over kitchen sink, used only a couple of hours a day maybe and it started flickering. Since it is over the 30 day return policy with Amazon, website said to contact the seller. Could not find a link on seller website for warranty service. If you want something to last, find another seller!

Easy to install and they light my den very nicely.

I have never installed a light fixture before, but this was a breeze. I removed an old florescent light from a cargo trailer I am converting into a camp trailer. I needed something that was flush to the low ceiling so we weren't hitting our heads. It puts out a lot of light with very little energy pull and was very straight forward to install. I love them!
