Ordered this for my 7 yr old who is just learning chess. This set is really nice and because of the magnets the pieces don’t move if you bump the board. It also folds up nicely for storage.

Nice starter set.
This was a present for my grandson. I picked it for the silver and gold colors of the pieces. The pieces themselves are smooth, no sharp edges. He absolutely adores this set.
