We got this for the top section of our kayak trailer. I built a couple wooden cross bars on the trailer for 2 kayaks to sit up side down on. When strapped down they could still shift around on the wood no matter how tightly we got the straps. I put this down on the wood so the kayaks sit on it and can sink in a bit when the straps are pulled tight. Now they won't budge and are more protected from getting scratched up rubbing on the wood. Definitely want to unroll the roll for a while to stop it from trying to peel up when first installing.

Color come off on skin or clothes after first use you end up with black residue all over your clothes boat seat and anything you touch.

I ordered the black and after only a couple months the black gets all get the floor when it gets wet. Terrible product.

Overall, I’d say this stuff is pretty sweet. Easy to work with (just follow install instructions). Time will tell if it will hold up against the elements, but as of now, I’m thrilled with the way it looks!I am really happy with this product. As you might expect, it's a bargain compared to a professional installation. Admittedly, the custom jobs are going to be nicer but in my case, it wasn't worth paying 6x the price for something I wanted to try anyway. The colour and texture have been very consistent over several purchases so there have been no issues matching sections.The foam cuts easily either with a utility knife or a pair of scissors. Application is easy and the adhesive is very sticky. Once applied it is very comfortable to walk on and makes a big difference in the comfort of your deck, particularly if you are barefoot.
