A bit disappinted
I was really looking forward to this for cranial release of base of head near occipital ridge. Unfortunately it did nothing to aid in release other than pressure to the entire base. I thought this would target the area I wanted to apply pressure but it didn’t target anything. I would have been better off buying two kong xs tennis balls and tape them together. Would have saved me $45
