New Serpentine Belt Impeller Water Pump for Volvo Penta 21214599

No problem and worked ok

In October of 2019, I bought this Volvo Penta Water Pump for my boat.I installed it immediately but didn't use the boat again until Saturday, April 18, 2020. The boat immediately overheated. I believe damage was done to my motor because this pump was defective. I went to a dealer today, bought a factory water pump, installed it and my boat did not overheat. It did, however, have some leaks that I believe were created when the engine overheated due to this bad water pump.This pump has one minor issue - IT DOES NOT PUMP WATER!Do not buy this pump! It is fatally flawed!

Good replacement. Just make sure it’s the right one, as some of the ones listed on amazon have 2 pipes the same size, while others (like this one) have two of the same size pipes. And be careful you attach the right pipes to the right hose!!!

Installed pump would not pull water called mechanic brought new OEM pump worked great thank God for Amazon will receive money back

Purchased one which was defective. They replaced quickly, but I wasn't able to get the new one, which was also defective, installed within the 30 return window had expired. Bought original OEM from Volvo, worked fine. Unfortunately I'm out the cost of the first pump. Lesson learned, DON"T BUT AFTERMARKET, you may pay in the end.
