So worth it!!
These are delicious!! I wasn't sure if it was all hype, but NO. A bit pricey but so worth it. Soy & Scallion is great with added veggies like bok choy but my favorite was the Sweet & Spicy. I like to add a drizzle of olive oil on the noodles after draining them and before adding the sauce packet. Yum so good!

Try it - Well Worth The Price!
My kid loves Ramen but the nutritional value of the cheap stuff was horrific and it tasted like salt + chemicals. These are sooo good! My fave is the sweet and spicy! My kid loves the soy and scallion. It's fast (<10 mins), easy, and good. When I add chicken and a fried egg, 1 packet is a filling dinner for 2.

Amazing Flavor and Quality - Upgraded Ramen Experience
Momofuku’s Spicy Ramen is next-level delicious! The noodles are thick and satisfying, and the flavors have just the right amount of heat and umami. No artificial junk—just bold, high-quality taste that feels like a step up from the usual instant ramen. Add an egg or some veggies, and it’s seriously restaurant-worthy. If you love a little spice and a lot of flavor, these are a must-try. If you already level-up your ramen, then you likely don't need this for the extra price. However, for someone like me who sucks at cooking, this is the perfect elevated dish.

Okay Ramen style noodles
I would say overall these are good tasting ramen noodles. They do have a different taste than the standard noodles you would get at a grocery store. I prefer that a little more water in there. The spicy ones are very spicy. It has a thick noodle taste to it and texture. I don't think I'll reorder these.

Great taste
These are what the commercial promises. Great by themselves or adding something to it. I have added egg, chicken and different types of veggies (broccolie and the like) Love the taste. Quick easy and satisfying. Ramen noodles for adults.

Not worth the money, at all. Small on portion and flavor.
I love Momofuko. Eat there every time I'm in Vegas and we always bring a sampling of their sauces home. This is not that. Not even in the same ballpark.Tried all three flavors in sampler pack, at the same time, and it was a good thing we did. The amount of noodles in one package isn't even a portion size big enough for a child. Even at three packages, we found ourselves steaming up a handful of soup dumplings afterwards to satisfy our appetite. If portion size was the only complaint and the flavor was even half as good as the marketing claimed, we'd still be happy though. I really wanted something close to the Momofuko flavor and I was willing to make a couple pouches at once to make it a meal. However, the flavor was firmly in the "meh" category too. The spicy, wasn't. The Soy and Scallion needed additional soy sauce because there was such a mild flavor, and the "Tingly" had zero tingle. It just tastes like a splash of soy sauce with a dash chili oil. Every bit as underwhelming as the other two. None of the flavor packets contained enough seasoning to even coat the miniture portion of dried noodles and we found ourselves digging in the pantry for extra soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar to try to give it some form of flavor. In the end, a complete let down and I'm certainly left with the feeling of being ripped off. These are an absolute bad value and a shameful play on the name of the restaurant to charge a premium price for a sub-par product. At the current sale price ($47 for 15 pouches), you're paying over a dollar an ounce for these noodles (see the photo for a size comparison with the two top brands of instant noodles) Your standard Top Ramen pack has more noodles and more flavor and comes in at around ¢25 a pack, not on sale. Typically , you can buy them all day at around 10-15 cents a pack. Even the Shin Black (what we're told at the Asian grocery is the "gold standard" for instant noodles) at $8 for a five pack bag is a far superior choice. Much better noodles with so much more flavor.Frankly, I wouldn't buy this product again, regardless of price. It just wasn't good. Matter of fact, it was bad. Bad enough to make us second guess our love of the Momofuko brand.
