This chair is super comfortable and seems very well made. Bought 2 of these over 18 months ago and they still look and work great. Electric recline and head adjustment are so easy to use. No more using my weight and a handle to try to find the right recline position. Microfiber material is soft to the touch, but not furry. These chairs were a great buy and the centerpiece of our sunroom. Swivel feature locks into position when reclined. Great for bird watching or just senior napping.

My chair, unfortunately, is going to be situated right next to a window with full sun in the morning. I may have to wax or apply something to keep the leather from drying out, although that it is not recommended by the manufacturer.I took a few pictures in different positions so you can see the variations in the color, depending on the light source. At night, under LED lighting it looks like the dark color.I was on the fence about buying this because I thought the color looked too dark. I was looking for more of a medium brown. I am SO glad I bought this, because the color is perfect and it is beautiful!!It is replacing a black leather chair/ footstool combo that is manual recline that I have had for 17 years (it was soft supple leather that held up in the sun). That style is still out there. This chair is similar in shape and size, as it is not a big bulky recliner, and it also swivels.The swivel is imperative for me. There is a dining room table right behind me and I like to swivel 180 degrees (this chair goes 270 degrees) and talk to guests in the dining area. I even exit the living room that way sometimes because I'm too lazy to walk around. 😁Originally, I was opposed to the rocking gliding feature, because I like to sit stationary and work at a small portable desk. I was so wrong about this. I can keep the chair still if I want, and the rocking motion is SO soothing when I am relaxing. The only negative is that I was sitting in it yesterday afternoon not realizing that I was rocking and I fell asleep unreclined!! 😴The reclining feature is very comfortable. It lays completely flat and the adjustable headrest actually even touches my head (the bottom of it) and I am only 5' tall. My feet can touch the floor, but the seat is a little too deep for me, but less so than other recliners. I don't have to, but I have stuck a 10x20 pillow behind me to fill the gap. My 5'7" boyfriend is very comfortable in this recliner. The charging port on the side of the recliner works, but for some reason, I am unable to charge my Samsung Galaxy S22 with a high speed C to C cord. I get a message about checking my connection, but it is showing the cord connected to a brick that has a C connection. Anyway, it is most likely a Samsung thing, because their slower cable works fine, it just shows that I am charging at a green speed, rather than the faster blue speed.OK, so if you're still with me, thank you for listening to my rambling. Just buy this recliner. Shipping was days faster than promised and assembly takes just 5 minutes. I will update if it falls apart. 😁

We were shopping for a power leather recliner that swiveled, rocked and reclined. I struggle with neck pain and migraine headaches. So the headrest angle (which does not tip my head forward) and adjustability is very important to me. We had previously bought a similar chair from Costco which fit the needs as described. When we searching for a second chair, it was a challenge one that was similar. So when we saw this Chita recliner, we ordered it. It arrived well packaged and undamaged - which is always a big relief! We liked the brown leather which was soft without any flaws. The headrest was adjustable and did not tilt my head down and forward. I have shorter legs than many guys but am long wasted. This chair is not as deep or wide as some - but this is what fits us. Both my spouse and I can sit in the chair and be comfortable. My spouse does not have to put a pillow behind her as with some chairs. The chair definitely rocks in a small comfortable way and demonstrates a nearly 360 degree swivel. Both the reclining function and the headrest are powered. The USB ports work fine. I gave the chair a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating based on one observation. The side panels of the chair move some and are not as sturdy as our Costco chair.

***Update: upon notifying Chita of my concerns with the chair and desire to return, they offered to replace the chair free of charge. I was worried the replacement might have the same issues, but I received the replacement chair within a week and it is perfect. It sits level and has the clearance needed for the rocking function to be properly utilized. We love this chair and are so pleased with the look, quality, and softness of the almost white/grey leather; as well as the non-bulky yet plush style, and quiet smooth operation of both the automated headrest and recliner functions. Also the open section under the arm rest is nice a convenient place to set your phone to keep it close and allow it to charge but not get in your way or where it can be easily knocked to the floor. It's kinda heavy and hard to move alone so have a helper. Attaching the back was easier on the replacement as it slid right into the existing brackets on the seat base clicking securely into place. I'm also very pleased with how Chita resolved my issue and my concerns about having to pay to return a defective chair. Note: Be sure you read and understand Chita's return policy before buying. I didn't but I sent pics of my issues and luckily they removed the hassles/fees associated with returning the defective model.***This chair is super soft and very pretty but it unfortunately sits slightly lopsided and doesn't provide any clearance between the front bottom of the chair and the floor to allow it to rock. If it were actually a glider it would probably bo okay but it's more like a rocker so when we sit in it and try to rock even slighty it hits the floor and puts pressure on the bottom front of the reclining footrest portion of the chair which is sure to cause damage in no time. Attempting to return but the process isn't as easy as they make it seem. I'd replace it if I knew the replacement wouldn't do the same thing. I'm bummed because otherwise it is a very nice chair but I bought it to rock my grandbabies.
