This is exactly Ube flavor. And as a Filipina I would know since I grew up eating this stuff! I honestly find a lot of Ube treats in the U.S. doesn’t really have a strong Ube flavor as I grew up knowing it to be. But buyer beware! This could get tipsy if you don’t cook off the alcohol! I learned that the hard way trying to make ube ice cream with this (mind you, I’m very sensitive to alcohol so even a little amount I will notice an effect). I also used it to make my own perfumes. Such a lovely flavor and scent.

This is the only natural Ube flavoring! All the others have artificial dyes. This stuff tastes amazing, exactly the right flavor.

Doesn’t quite taste like ube. The flavor is also not very strong in general, while also not tasting like ube, and the taste of alcohol is quite strong. I didn’t realize there was alcohol in the ingredients list, but I should have checked. Maybe in baked goods the alcohol would evaporate. Regardless, I won’t be repurchasing.

Not exactly I've flavor. I'm not sure if this is user error on my part when making my simple syrup but this tastes very artificial.

I bought this as a calorie free and alcohol free flavor and it was a great purchase! The taste is great, versatile and simple ingredients. I used it to make Ube cheesecake and ube oats… and tried their Thai Milk and also 10/10, a great way to level up your recipes!

Fake Ube is amazing tasting, but it’s not good for human health, this is way better for you….but more like buying an oz of maple syrup for around $20. 🫤
