I noticed a difference in energy level the first time I used them. I questioned the direction to put one on before bed and wear for 24 hours. An energy patch before bed? Really? But it did not disturb my sleep, and I woke up ready to get things done. I don't know if I will wear them every day, but definitely when I need a boost to get things done.

I struggle with constant tiredness, and having ADHD does not help. My medication keeps me going but coffee (or any caffeine for that matter), energy shots, Jet Alert pills, vitamins and gummies including B12, etc. does not work and really never has. My doctor explained that either my metabolism is too extreme or certain things don’t mix with my chemicals so pretty much nothing affects me how it should. So, again, I fight with daytime sleepiness constantly. I have never tried B12 shots, but my doctor recommended trying the patches. After pulling up a handful I chose these because they were the ones that would get to me quickly before a vacation last week. I’ve gone through two sheets of these patches and clearly something is working because I keep using them, and I can definitely feel more alert. Other reviews, and the directions, say to apply a patch at bedtime which I have not tried yet but I have been putting them on my forearm or hip area in the mornings. I’m sticking with them! I gave a sheet of them to my mom to try because she’s an avid coffee/caffeine fiend. I appreciate how quickly these patches absorb, which was the whole purpose in me getting them. Give them a try, because you’ll know if it’s working or not. If it works for me, I’m hopeful for anyone!

Was excited to get these, & simply stick on some daily energy! However, 2 main problems make them a fail: 1) they're white, so resemble a nicotine patch (or if you wear them on a wrist, like a bandage after a suicide attempt!) : o 2) the adhesive is so poor, we would apply these, and within minutes wonder where they went, only to find them days later, like a treasure hunt; stuck to the cat...stuck to the blanket on the couch..stuck to the bottom of a shoe/foot..,Color (why not skin tone, or clear?) & adhesion need a drastic redo on these, sadly, to make them actually usable. Quite pricey, too. Just. no.

I was very disappointed in this product it didn’t do anything for me. Don’t waste your money on this product.

I find that three work best for me. I use in conjunction with Moxe energy inhaler and Wake me up bars when I have to be up for long hours. I wish they would modify the design to make it transparent or more discreet like The Patch Brand. People notice and ask what they are when I wear them. If it was more discreet that would be awesome.

I am one to have low energy due to iron deficiency and no B-12 in my system, but these patches really helped me have energy through out the day. Will be ordering a lot more.
