This knife is a good size for a number of tasks. Feels good in the hand. I've had a number of ceramic knives and they stay sharp.

Used for a few months, still very sharp. Good made.

I really like the knife and holder. Seems to be as sharp as most medium quality knives right out of the box. Sharp and very usable. That being said, I am used to sharpening my own knives, and the quality of edge found on this knife can not compare to a properly hand sharpened steel blade.Altogether worth the price so far. It's nice to have ready, in its sheath, in the kitchen drawer, in my backpack, etc.If any real negative issues arise i will update this post.

I am so impressed with this ceramic Paring knife from Vos and the outstanding customer service they provide. Right after praising the sharpness and balance of this knife my wife accidentally knocked it off the counter and the handle broke off.While registering the purchase I mentioned it had broken. Almost immediately I received an email notifying me that the knife had a lifetime warranty and they were sending a replacement, which I just received.You won’t be disappointed with Vos or their knives.

Does a great job cutting vegetables

The Vos Ceramic Paring Knife does the job perfectly. I like using this on my salads every day.

i got a few sets of these for xmas gifts and everyone loves them stillso just buy it but don't drop it it may break

The quality of this item is terrible! After a week of use it started breaking and those small pieces are all over the kitchen. It’s DANGEROUS, cuz one piece hurt my hand, and if you don’t understand how bad is that, imagine just putting a regular needle half an inch inside your hand. And those pieces can be left on your food. Somebody can swallow it and hurt a stomach and all other organs.I used this knife only for vegetables like tomatoes and cucumbers and this is what happened.

Après 2 jours d'utilisation le couteau en céramique s'est brisé en 2 parties.Ce couteau devrait être fait en acier inoxydable beaucoup plus résistant.Je n'ai pas retourner ce couteau pour remboursement.AMAZON exige un retour via UPS. Je n'utilise pas UPS.J'ai préféré le jeter à la poubelle.
