I recently discovered this Bach line a few days ago, and I’m very impressed.Each essence is designed to help restore mental energy and emotional balance. They come in a dark brown colored glass bottle. I appreciate that the formula contains no alcohol. It is also free from artificial ingredients, which is a huge plus for me.It has a nice, sweet taste that makes it super easy for me to take it straight in the mouth. I take this when I have high stress and somehow it works! Doesn’t leave you groggy just calm ! Tastes good too!

Works pretty well
This product works for me when I get up during the night. It does not put me to sleep initially, but helps me go back to sleep MOST of the time. This will work better for some people than others - I have a high drug tolerance so the fact that it works at all for me is saying something.

Are use this for my dog been doing it for 14 years it just makes him a calmer
Perfect for people and animals who don’t want that alcohol taste plus dogs aren’t supposed to have alcohol and I use this for my dog. Text anxiety down several notches. It’s good for irritability if you want to go to sleep things like that all natural no side effects ….I have been using it for about 30 years.

I have loved using this in addition to Yoga Nidra, other supplements and other practices for anxiety.With a panic disorder, it is all too easy to solely depend on prescription medication - But for me, I really enjoy having other things I can do and have in my toolbox. 🧰 The price is right. You need a little under the tongue each day.
